Smokepaw walked into the big group of cats. There are so many cats! she thought. She looked around for any cats that looked familiar

Leafpaw saw a cat the size of an aprentice so she bounded over. Hi she meowed the cat smelled of fireclan

Mosspelt had left her new apptentice at the camp, letting her get used to the Medicine Cat den. Looking around, she went over to stand beside the other Medicine Cats, who had arrived a few moments earlier. "I have finnaly taken an apprentice," meowed Mosspelt after the traditional greeting, "She will serve the clan well." As she surveyed the crowd, she saw a few new apprentices milling about, she also noticed that her leader was eyeing a certain young cat... I wonder why he's looking over there so dilligently? Could he...? Mosspelt padded over to her leader and sat beside him, "What is troubling you?" She looked over with a 'you can't fool me' look, and waited for his reply.

Shimmerpelt padded into the clearing. She spotted a group of queens sitting not far away.
She walked over to them and sat down to share clan gossip.
"Silverkit and Shallowkit are apprentices now!" she mewed proudly to the other queens.
"And Rainkit is in training to be a medicine cat!"

Mistynbree Mosspelt had left her new apptentice at the camp, letting her get used to the Medicine Cat den. Do you think it was wise to take an apprentice so soon? I'm unsure of how to handle this sort of thing." She looked to her leader for guidence, hopping that he would be able to help her decide.

Moonstar nodded. "Yes, they are smart cats." In reply to the other question he added, "I think you'll do just fine as a mentor. If you do need any help though you know know that you can always come to me or one of the other warriors, though I don't think you'll need any help. Now, if you'll excuse me for a minute..." He waved his tail in good-bye and headed over to a certain she-cat from another clan.

I knew it! Mosspelt thought as she watched her leader approach another cat, the one he had been eyeing earlier. Mosspelt shook her head, she wouldn't tell his secret, but if he wasn't careful someone else would. She feared for her leader's reputation, and all of Waterclan if it were to be found that he was admiring a cat from another clan. He had to choose fireclan of all clans! She argued angrily within her head as she replied to Shimmerpelt,"Hello. The cats from Moonclan are hidding, they have good sence not to be prancing about the gathering."

Mosspelt looked at her friend, her eyes were pained,"Yes, but I can't tell you... I'm sorry," She looked away sadly, knowing that it would hurt Shimmerpelt's feelings. "I can't tell you without betraying Moonstar." She hoped that the finnility, and truth in that statement would convince her friend.

She smiled. "I wonder when the gathering will start!" She glanced up at the old wall.

"Yes," Mosspelt replied dryly,"It is taking quite some time." She excused herself and padded over to Moonstar,"Shouldn't we start soon? All the clans are here." She glanced and lead him away,"And you two should be careful how you interact in public!" She hissed, and gave him a knowing look.
(I'll have to leave in an hour)
