Suchu I like the Witch Hunter Inquisitor Lords! They are awesome! The only one worth taking is the special Inquisitor Lord who is on the throne of Judgement. He actually doesn't suffer from the Inquisitor Lord's lack of strength or toughness. Which is the reason why the Inquisitor Lords are unable to actually take on any deamons.

Well, that's because people don't equip their Inquisitor Lords with the right stuff. The Daemonhunters suffer the same problem - the special character Inquisitor (Inquisitor Lord Torquemada Coteaz) is better than the standard Inquisitor Lord. Is it BECAUSE he is a special character, or because his s**t is better?

All right, I have played Tau and Blood Angels, and my friend tells me to play Witch Hunters. What's so special about them? If the SOB are just weak SM's, then wouldn't the Witchhunters be weak Daemonhunters? Just a thought.

As far as I know, they're now the only people who employ the imperial assassins.

Codex: Assassins is still used for other armies, until they decide to update it (unless they're not, and it's all in the Inquisitorial codexes). They're listed in the DH and WH codexes because Assassins are often used by the Inquisition.

As far as I am aware, that rule has not changed - but that could be because I have not read the new rulebook, so.....

the rulebook has no unit listings. unless theyre in the marine codex i'd say theyre unuseable

Heres the thing, they USE to be usable in IG and Space Marines, but then, they decided to change that to only Witch Hunters, DemonHunters, and maybe, the Xenos Hunters. Sucks for me since i have none of those armies and 2 assassins
