Rengato Rihenian Hey! I had a few more spells I wanted to add to Quela's character sheet. Are these okay? Dancing Threads: [ S Rank] Part of Quela's Heritage is her ability to create and manipulate threads, in particular her spider-made silk. In practicing magic, and learning from her mother, she learned methods of conjuring the threads from her hands or forelimbs if necessary, cutting production time exponentially, but also allowing her to manipulate it as per her needs. She can create threads with surgical sharpness, the adhesiveness of the strongest mortar, and use this to create barriers, slow an enemy, injure a threat, or kill if she felt desperate enough. One can imagine that this allows her to be an incredibly effective huntress if she needed to hunt on the move. Also, it is naturally biodegradable! (Cannot be Imbued. You're already getting silk!) Poisonous Touch: [ C Rank] Another aspect of Quela's heritage is found in her poison. While not all arachne have poisons or venoms, Quela's mother did. Quela herself only has paralyzing poison innate to her, but with the use of magic, she is able to transfer this venom to anything she wishes to touch. So, if through contact she is trapped by something, she can use this venom to paralyze the attacker. This can allow her to escape or dispatch the individual as necessary. If a player character is struck by this, they'll feel lethargic, but the more physically healthy they are, the longer the venom might need in order to take effect. Quela can also choose the concentration of the venom she pushes through magic. A healthy person might be able to shake off the effects, depending on the concentration and the individual's constitution. Most bodies, however, are ill prepared to defend themselves from her toxin. (Cannot be Imbued.) This is not what I was referring to with the giveaway. All spells, outside of our giveaway, are gotten in the Unexplored Region. You'll have to roll it out there in our RNG game to get more spells since your character's already been made. Or, if you're lucky, you'll win a spell in our giveaway at some point. ^^ I guess I posted it here because these make sense with my character model and I forgot to add them initially. But it's fair if I should wait. sweatdrop

Saw that I am one of the winners for the spell / skills giveway contest, and with that I have an idea in mind: Thinking that one of my characters may have a Rank A (not S or SS because it'll be overpowered) ability that is dormant, inherited from their families, but there will be an event in which that ability will be unleashed subconsciously and they are not aware on how or why they ended up unleashing such a skill, hence leading to further plot thickening. Will that be okay? Note: Natalie or Victoria may be a suitable candidate because of the plot of the search for their mother.

It's up to you. *shrugs*

I didn't expect to be chosen for the spell/skill giveaway lol, so now I have this. It was one the skills included in my draft profile for Shio, but I felt kind of iffy about it at the time. Pretty sure it would be a Rank B spell?
Eiha - Launches waves of shadows in a chosen direction which binds any targets the waves hit. The binding slowly tightens and can only be broken by a light source. It is a very weak spell during daytime but extremely powerful at night, and it can only be used twice before having to rest.
I'd be happy to hear any suggestions or changes, I'm not the best at making up these kinds of things - w -

Wow, thanks for choosing me guys smile I didn't expect to be chosen biggrin The spell I want isn't really a spell, it's more of a herb he smokes that poisons the targets in the vicinity. (Includes himself) That will continue to damage both parties until they take the antidote, do minimal activity until the body fights back. (3 posts) or until they have 1 hp (Or whatever 1hp is equivalent to razz ) The antidote is drinking Echinacea 'tea'. Also I want him to discover this herb later in the rp if its ok biggrin

Pactiō: Nagi's one, unique ability as a Knight is that he can form the Mage/Knight contract with anyone. This is done by forging what is known as a Pactiō. By doing so, Nagi grants those he forms with this ability a special kind of weapon of their choice and increases their physical abilities and natural abilities in the same way that a Mage's contract does. Instead of Mage/Unison abilities, a Knight contracted with Nagi replaces these with "Pactiō Abilities." Any Mage that forms a Pactiō with Nagi gains a magical weapon as well that befits them and becomes a "Battle Mage," incapable of forming contracts with Knights of their own but being capable of Spellsword abilities and such. For every contract that Nagi makes, a bit of their strength is shared with him, empowering him and raising his stats by the equivalent of a rank. Finally, the deeper a bond someone forges with Nagi, the more their abilities evolve as well, gaining new abilities and evolving the weapon that forms as a part of their contract. The symbol of their contract is often the formation of an item that the recipient truly cares for, such as a locket with an engraving or a bracelet. This memento, when used, transforms into the contracted person's weapon that was forged from this bond.
To initiate a Pactiō, a person must kiss the individual to seal the contract between the two of them. There does not need to be any intimacy between the two or any prior relationship, but the kissing completes the circle and forms the pact between the two of them. Nagi must also draw out a runic circle around the two of them as preparation for the Pactiō, so as to have the contract's specifications outlined before both parties. Everything the Pactiō entails is detailed out within this circle, and its specifications are implanted into the minds of those that stand in the circle. This is to properly inform others of what they are giving up by forging this bond.
This is what I was thinking. The circle is nothing more than a "contract" that he has to draw up. And his ability is to convey that contract to others and bring it into reality.

This is fine, I think. Normally, cool items like this can be found in the Unexplored Region, so if you even come by an idea like this again, I'd suggest finding someone to galavant through the woods with ;3 You can save it for later, no problem. I would just set it up similarly to how you've done his magic so-far. :3

After much consideration, here's the dormant skill for Natalie since I won the giveaway:
❖ ❖ Ultimate Musketeer Art: Last Farewell (A) - Allows her to shoot one powerful bullet from the sky above and it multiplies, resulting in the barrage of bullets raining down from above. The attack lasts for 5 seconds and the AOE radius is 40 meters around her. Though the damage from that attack will be above average, it can still be affected by any ability that decreases damage (e.g. defensive wards), deflective abilities to bounce the trajectory to other areas including straight back at her, or to change the environment around her to mess the set-up for her skill (depending on the environment and the targets’ abilities). Also, the charging time requires 2-3 RP posts (can be interrupted), cooldown time lasts for 10 RP posts, consumes 1 bullet, and it requires a huge chunk of her energy, possibly rendering the user exhausted in the aftermath, thus it can only be used as a last resort. Natalie has to use the new Armament, Robin’s Rifle, to cast that ability.
Extra: Natalie and Victoria’s mother, Marika, was actually the first to use that ability, and it was Natalie was the one inheriting it. However, the Musketeer was unaware of that fact, as Marika chose to kept that a secret for the sake of protecting her kids, because wielding such power would be hazardous if not used properly.
(That's one down, and 1 more to go to make use of the extra skill slots provided by the giveaway. Let me know if there's the need to make some changes to retain the A ranking since that's part of the plots.)

Kurisuchin Saiyuki After much consideration, here's the dormant skill for Natalie since I won the giveaway: ❖ Ultimate Musketeer Art: Last Farewell (A) - Allows her to shoot one powerful bullet from the sky above and it multiplies, resulting in the barrage of bullets raining down from the sky. The attack lasts for 7 seconds and the AOE radius is 50 meters around her. Any defensive ability will be considered futile when hit by those bullets (e.g. wards will be broken immediately), and can kill those with a weak constitution if they are not being careful (will ask for consent in case another playable character is the target). The downside is that the charging time requires 2-3 RP posts (can be interrupted), cooldown time lasts for 10 RP posts, consumes 1 bullet, and it requires a massive amount of energy, possibly rendering the user exhausted in the aftermath, thus it can only be used as a last resort. Let me know if there's the need to make some changes to retain the A ranking since that's part of the plots.) This isn't my jurisdiction, but I will speak on this one thing real quick. From looking over it, I can tell you my problems with it.
1. This ability can auto-kill, from the sounds of it, Mages since they have a weak constitution naturally. This is only further problematic because it's being fired by the gun we gave you that always hits its target. So, basically this ability now reads as, combining these two abilities, "it'll cut through all of your defensive barriers and always hit you and, if you're a Mage, kill you." Thus, it feels wonky that she would just have a auto-kill button, straight up, that ignores EVERY means of escape. Additionally, you stated that you'll die if you're not being careful... but there's no way to be careful from this attack because it destroys all defenses and kills people with weak constitution. What's a Mage supposed to do, pray their weak bodies away?
2. I don't like things that aren't explained very properly, and this relates to its "breaks any defense ability." So, what happens when this "breaks any defense ability" gets spelled on with a defensive spell or ability that says "reverses the trajectory of any attack." Does it just say "well, your ability gets negated because?" What's the reason it ignores all defenses? Is it anti-magic? Does it disperse magic on contact? Does it erase and ability out of existence for the temporary time it comes into contact with it? Does it turn ethereal at that particular moment? In fact, what would happen if someone did become intangible? Would the bullets go into another plane of existence to overcome the defensive ability? And if so, why does she have an attack that has elements of multiple abilities to achieve one goal, and why is it a natural ability while all those other abilities don't exist?
3. I get that your ability has a huge cooldown time, but everything about it screams "one-shot kill" and most people can't defeat a person in three posts in this guild. Especially a sniper with a gun. It'd probably take them three posts worth of movement just to get to you and then you fire the bullet and win. To me, the whole "limit" you put on it seems like a rather clever way to dismiss having a limit to your attack to begin with. The only real way to beat your character, from what I can tell, is now to simply drop on her and take her out before three posts or die trying. Because if you don't, she will kill the character.
4. Killing characters is not just something that happens on a split decision every fight. This ability literally sounds like a constant flood of "is it okay to kill your character" PMs. How would you play this ability off without killing a character at the end of the battle? Does the attack simply rain down and magically not hit vital parts of the body when seven seconds of always-hitting bullets flood a person from the sky? There's just no way to NOT kill someone with this ability every time it goes off. So how will you deal with those situations when they arise.
I don't know why Weeamoo hasn't gotten to this ability, but there's a plethora of problems this could cause in and out of RP with the way it is worded and setup. And before anything is said about defensive spells/abilities, the reason why we're lenient on defensive things is because There's usually a reasonable limit, it blocks spells/attacks... but it also doesn't immediately cause death like an attack can. We have to be critical of abilities like this because they affect more than just your own character. They affect how the guild works, social interactions between people, and whether or not it's even plausible to have an in-story altercation without someone literally just auto-killing someone.

Kurisuchin Saiyuki I'll edit to remove the autokill and to add more weaknesses to the ability... Or I'll just delete the idea and start from scratch. Sorry about that. There's no reason to apologize. Your character has a lot of stuff now and I know it can be hard to keep track of all that. Normally we don't even bother being too serious about individual abilities as long as they make sense. It's just that you have that Armament now, and you have to remember that the thing always hits its target. So any skill you make from here on out needs to take that into account.
