| Would you ever cross-dress at a formal/prom/whatever you have? (NOTE: when I say "as a girl", I mean the gender you are now, not the gender you want to cross-dress as)as) |

I think prom is passe and overrated anyway, so I'd show up in a shmancy tux in an instant. For me, it's either that, show up naked, or skip. Why go if you don't make an impression?

I'm too girly haha, I like my dresses on special occasions, but for my junior prom I went with my then-gf, and she showed up in a tux with a tie that matched my dress. It was bitchin, because people at school suspected we were dating but didn't really know till then. And we actually got a lot of good responses =]] a bunch of people gave us props for going through with it. We also didn't ask permission--didn't want anyone to tell us no so we just went for it haha. It was definitely one of the best nights of my life, hands down.

I think it'd be amazing if it happened. But I am against "proms" because the fact you are "forced" to pay for it. Proms should be free...

Actually, lol, I want to wear the old style coats, have a pocket watch, a monocle, a fake curly mustache, a top hat and cane to my 2012 senior prom. But,... I know they wouldn't allow it. ^^; It's not because of my sexuality (I'm straight), or to make a statement... I just want to dress up like an English old dude for fun. sweatdrop

Or a masquerade! Cosplaying would be fun though. Proms used to have themes too. My school would never do it tho. We can't wear masks, or canes and top hats. It's strictly formal.

I guess that could be entertainment. Ahhh, gotta love them Edgar stories.

Nice picture Cheez! Well I've never been to a prom but I've already been to a party where boys had to be dressed like girls and girls like boys, it was funny but one thing if for sure, now I known why some girls almost die, when they stay up with those high heels, those things are dangerous and hurts sweatdrop

Maybe for a Con, but otherwise no; an old style Tux is just as cool as a dress for me.
