Raine looked to the Orochi with eyes that would not budge, they were fixed directly on the Orochi. "Internal collapse..." The two words that would decisively end the battle... Suddenly, all of the plasma in the area, from Raine's enormous green wave to the colossal dome and four pillars that surrounded the Orochi... everything sucked into a tiny sphere that phased through, fixing itself tightly into the center of the Orochi's chest... Raine allowed the sphere to loosen slightly, which should've forced internal pressure on the Orochi.

"Captain, I need your help more than ever now, I need you to reduce its energy, seeing as I cannot attack with no weapon and while I am focusing on keeping the sphere of energy within the Orochi, I am attempting to not let it combust, though I have over-stuffed the sphere. It will have no effect of the Orochi's monstrous reiatsu does not subside..."

Raine's focused eyes narrowed, his black eyes seeming to become much shinier as his menacing glare met the Orochi's... "When I said don't f***ing mess with our squad... I meant it!" Raine said as he smiled a devious grin, his face twisting into that of some sort of impure monster... "Now... Release!"

There was a moment of utter silence as reality itself seemed to suck inwards towards the chest of the Orochi... Light was bending at maximum speed as the sphere within the Orochi's chest exploded, green plasma waves spewing from within its body, an atomic bomb of green plasma blasting, the wind whipping wildly as everything seemed to become completely white... Not even Raine's special eyesight could protect him from this light... He covered his eyes as he was forced back several feet by the immense pressure of the bomb... Trees flew backwards with the titanic waves of green plasma and smoke billowed into the air...

There were several passing minutes. Raine stood up from where he had been thrown backwards, brushing an entire layer of dirt off from his robes... There were trees scattered everywhere, and a large crater remained directly below the cloud of smoke that concealed the Orochi... or what was left of the Orochi...

The light settled, and for a moment, everything seemed like daylight, as the light slowly began to fade, returning to the dark night it had once been...

Raine waited to see if the Orochi was still alive, and he looked over to Ruka and Kilk to ensure they were okay. "Taichos! You guys alright?" He asked with a smile, this time a kind one. It was obvious he was no longer angry.

Once the Orochi saw that the three Children were gathered it laughed. It was a horrible sound, obviously reaching death as its voice rasped even more. You did well Children. I will soon join my brethren in Hell, but tell me... Do you think you avenged your comrades?

Ruka smiled and nodded to both her companions as they ventured into the crater. When the Orochi started speaking her eyes narrowed "What do you mean?"

Such fire! another death laugh. We were not the cause for the loss of your comrades. We serve a higher power, stronger than any other! It threw its head back as best it could and let out a loud roar of triumph YOU MAY HAVE ENDED THE OROCHI, SHINIGAMI! BUT YOU WILL NEVER DEFEAT THE MISTRESS OF BLOOD! Then for the Orochi, everything ended.

Ruka held tightly onto the katana she had buried into the remaining Orochi's head. Her body was trembling with anger as she forcefully yanked out the blade and waited for what would happen next. Sure enough the Gates of Hell materialized before them and took in the Orochi, or rather what remained of them. There was a booming laugh as the monster behind Hell's Gates took his prize before they slammed shut and disappeared.

"Dammit." she cursed under her breath.

Ruka stared at the ground, nodding slowly as she took in the information from Kilk. Her heart tightened with anger and regret. After all that they hadn't avenged their comrades at all, what's more... How can we kill a child with an uncontrollable demon? Regardless of what was in her it was still a kid from what Kilk said. How could they fight against that?

Her thoughts were disturbed by the man that suddenly appeared behind them. She eyed the haori he wore as her own was pushed back by a sudden wind to show the Squad 9 symbol "I am Captain Ruka Kusabana of Squad 9. If you're asking what we're doing here then take a look at the dead bodies and then at what's left of the hollow. It's called avenging a few comrades." she replied in a deadpan. The brunette really wasn't in the mood to deal with someone like this. She didn't have a problem with Ex-Captains, oh no. What bothered her was the demanding tone. They could be 6000 years her elder for all she cared and saved the universe twice, but she refused to bow to them unless they showed the same respect.
