"Keep dreamin', you say? You're giving me permission to dream about those sorts of things?" Katsu chuckled softly, teasing her once again. "Oh. Well, alright then~" He couldn't help but let a cheeky grin work it's way onto his lips, more than a little amused at her reaction to his nipping and teasing. "A meal it is then." Slowly getting to his feet after the nudge she gave to his hip, Katsu happily followed after her, tail wagging at a slow and even little pace. Not too fast, not too slow, just.. Well, just right.
"So, what are we lookin' for this fine evening? Rabbit? Hare? Some sort of bird?" He picked up his pace a little to walk at her side. "Nothin' as feisty as that bobcat, I hope." Glancing up at the leaf-covered wound above his eye, he grimaced a bit. "Don't think I'd like to deeeeal with a concussion." His usual grin returning, he moved to give her a bump on the hip with his own, the same gesture she had done just a moment ago. "Wouldn't want to miss out on spending time with my lovely little guest right here."

"Pretty heavy on the compliments, aren't you?" She mumbled, ear flicking at his hip bump. She laughed contently, shaking her head at the male. Wait, was she really content with the company of a male? Her eyes drifted to his body for a brief second, noting his tribe tattoo. For a brief second a yellow eye twitched, then she was neutral once more.
"Awh, really? No bobcats? Damn. Fine. I can settle with a rabbit or two." She mused lightly, distracted by her thoughts. He belonged to Bamboo, she belonged to Kemet. Was she merely dreaming at this point? Dreaming of what? Well... Whoa whoa whoa. No. Noooo. She was not becoming one of those girls, the kind that became attached to some boy.
Agh, damn. This was becoming to serious for the already pretty tense vixen. Rolling an orange shoulder, her eyes focused ahead, attempting to shake aside her annoying thoughts.
"I smell some rabbits up ahead, lets keep out traps shut, yea?" It wasn't an insult, more as a small comment. She glanced over at Katsu, checking him to see if he was holding up alright.
Damn... She was acting like Himeko!

"Heavy on the compliments? Me?" He grinned, pleased with the fact that she had noticed all of them. Then again, it wasn't that hard to notice them when they were being flung left and right. Giving a quick roll of his maroon eyes, he wagged his tail. "Nah~ What compliments? I haven't noticed any, really. That bobcat must have hit more than just your leg, Hollow~"
Letting out a soft chuckle, Katsu turned his attention to their surroundings. Time to look for dinner. Talking and compliments could wait until later. During dinner maybe~ "Alright then." He answered simply, nodding his head in agreement. That said, and said rather quickly, he began to scan the area... only to look back for a moment at Hollow's leg. Her wounded leg. Was she alright, really? Katsu let his eyes linger for a second before he turned his attention back to their hunt.
..Oh, she'd be fine.
...Dammit. He couldn't help but glance at her leg once more, just for a few seconds, before he went back to looking around for those rabbits. Or hares. Or.. whatever they were looking for.

With a flick of her tail, she caught him glancing at her leg, yellow eyes flicking to her limb. She rolled her eyes, tail flicking to whap him lightly at his hip.
"Don't go staring." She grumbled, looking down at her leg again. "I'm a strong woman, I can hunt." She mused, glancing at her leg once more. Katsu seemed the type to enjoy assisting, so she turned to him, her voice lowering very slightly.
"But maybe a certain big man can assist me." She mewed, shocked by her own words as probably he was. Jeebus, was she becoming a fool. Here she was, actually being silly with a male, slightly. Oh, dammit, maybe she needed it. Everyone knew she was a little bitter, perhaps she needed something to be semi-kind to, seeing as Himeko had left her for Kaname.

Almost flinching when she aimed a hit at him with her tail, almost, Katsu huffed softly. Ah, she had caught him. "Oh, but I like staring~" He cooed out, his tail giving a few half-hearted wags... Oh fine. Since she had asked soooo nicely, he wouldn't stare.. Much.
Needless to say, when she had turned around to speak to him.. W-well, he was caught off guard. Pfft, just a lil'. Blinking once or twice before answering, he cocked his head to the side. "Oh really?" Katsu said, eying her with the start of a smirk. "A certain big man?" Playing around, he gave a few exaggerated glances around them, also taking the chance to distractedly see if he could spot any rabbits nearby. Leaning towards her, he gently bumped his own nose against hers, a full smirk on his face. "Would that be me assisting you then, madam?.." Quickly, he planted a light lick on her muzzle, stepping to the side with a wag of his tail to continue their hunt. "Yeah, alright, I guess I could do that." Amused with himself, along with the fun he was having as he teased her, Katsu's smirk grew wider.

When he licked her she raised her paw, lightly swiping it at him with her nails sheathed, unable to harm him. "Sometimes I hate you." She grumbled, rolling her eyes slightly. Then she paused, clicking the roof of her mouth with her tongue, and eyed the side where she saw a bunny dart past.
"Well well, if we are lucky little fluffy there should lead us to more of her kind." She was a Hunter, so hunting wouldn't be to hard if she didn't have an injured leg. However, she was letting herself rely on Katsu for a little, even if that wasn't her thing. She had grown up helping Himeko, so having this male assist her with a hunt was..... well... strange.
"Come on, boy." She glanced over her shoulder at him, tail flicking to swipe near his cheek slightly. "Show me your skills."

Holding in a laugh at her grumbling and the light swat he received, Katsu let out a soft snicker instead. "And sometimes I like you~" Noticing - just a little later than Hollow had - the small rabbit as it moved, he followed it with his eyes. Mm. Dinner. There was dinner...
Well, part of it. "Hope so." Agreeing with Hollow's comment on the rabbit leading them towards more of her kind, he gave a nod of his head. "I wanna fetch this lovely dinner guest of mine more than just a simple little mouthful~" Grinning toothily, he nipped at the air her tail had been in just a second ago. Giving a flick of his tail, he moved up beside her. "Alright, let's do it then. Let's get some dinner."
Ooh, this would be interesting.

She blinked at his comment of her being lovely, even slightly turning a light red. "Oh shut it." She mused, rolling her eyes to the side. Quickly, she sniffed out the scent of the rabbit, gesturing for Katsu to follow her with a slight flick of her tail, flicking black hair back over her shoulder as to remove it from her eyes.
Upon arriving at a small rabbit den she flicked her tail, sniffing that it was empty. Therefor.... The hunter glanced to the side, using previous skills she had obtained through hunting for her tribe to narrow down details. If they weren't there they would be out and about, and usually an entire family only was out to eat or breed. It wasn't breeding season for rabbits, therefor~
Moving to the side, she jerked her head to Katsu. "They're eating. Lets split up and see who can catch the most rabbits."

Katsu chuckled softly when he noticed the blush creep over her face, smirking to himself as he moved to follow her. Needless to say, he was more than happy with the results of his flirting and teasing. Oh man, it was just so easy to rile her up. And fun! Incredibly fun. None of the other vixens he had ever flirted with reacted like this, no. No, not at all. This was.. different. This was entertaining.
When they happened upon the small rabbit den, he came to a halt, watching Hollow as she made her observations. "Eating, mm?.." Well, well, well. By the looks of things, she definitely knew what she was doing. Giving a look around, the lack of any rabbits in sight made it clear that they were out and about elsewhere. Nope, not a single rabbit in sight. "Looks like it." Katsu muttered, giving a slight nod of his head in agreement, eyes scanning the den before they turned to look to Hollow.
Ooh, a little contest! And it was with the girl he liked? How fun. "Sounds good to me." The male said with a light lick at his lips, there mere thought of the soon-to-be meal more than enough to convince him.

Hollow nodded when he repeated her, absently glancing about in thought. She would need to go in a different direction then Katsu, and judging by the location of the den she could make general assumptions of where at least some of the bunnies would be.
Glancing back at the male, she nodded once more, flicking her tail to the side. "Return here by the time the sun sets?" She asked as she glanced at the sky, noticing it's near descent. Alright, she was sure she would be fine. Yes, the forest was different than her home of the desert, but she was sure she would be fine.
Smirking briefly, she bumping her hip against his. "Don't let the bunnies bring you back." She teased lightly before vanishing into the bushes.

Following Hollow's eyes with his own, he noticed - finally, with his attention on everything but the time - that it was getting pretty late. Damn, it was almost sunset. Later than he had expected. Huh. Time kind of flew by when he was with Hollow. That was.. nice?... Sort of.. Huh. Well, she certainly made things different. "Sunset sounds just fine to me." He said, giving a few slow wags of his tail.
With that said, Katsu grinned, already starting to feel a bit excited at the thought of their hunt. The idea of their little competition? That just fueled his excitement even more! Leaning into the little hip bump she gave him, he smirked. "Don't get looooost~" The male cooed out to her playfully as she left, flashing her a wider smirk before heading off.
Time to find dinner!

"Lost? I would be more worried about you, boy." She called back, flicking her tail to whap his hip before vanishing into the bushes. Even if she lost she didn't mind, for once. She was in the woods, she doubted she would win, anyway, and if she did then she'd have to listen to Katsu whine. Then again, what was the prize again? She hadn't established one. Hmn. Maybe Kaname was right, she was to competitive.

Hollow arrived back at their meeting spot with three bunnies, tail flick side to side. Today she had been....off. As if her mind was distracted and focusing on other things. Like what? She had spotted a flower nearby that had caused her to daze off...thinking about...
Ew.
She was not becoming like Himeko! Scuffing, the vixen waited for Katsu. Hell, what if the bunnies had gotten him? A faint chuckle escaped her at the image of Katsu being dragged back by a pile of bunnies.

Letting out a laugh at her reply, he shook his head. That girl.. "Me? Get lost? Please, this is my neck of the woods~"
- Time skip! -
With difficulty - lots and lots of difficulty! - Katsu slowly made his way back to their designated meeting spot. He moved with care, struggling to keep four rabbits held in his mouth by their ears, tightly holding onto them. But that wasn't all! Two more of the small creatures were slung over his shoulders, their appearance over his shoulders looking like an added layer of oddly colored fur to his ruff. Needless to say, his hunt went well.
Ah hah. It appeared that he was the winner of their little challenge~ As he approached Hollow and the results of her own hunt, Katsu tried to grin... Well, you know, as best as you could with a bunch of rabbits held between your teeth. Finally getting close enough to settle down, he dropped his prey down next to her own pile, giving a shrug of his shoulders to get the other two off and onto the pile as well. Nine rabbits total. Mm, not bad at all~
Cracking his neck with a quick motion, the worn out fox finally flopped down beside her. "Don't let the bunnies bring you back. You remember that?" Reaching to n** at her cheek gently, he gave a more than satisfied grin. "I don't think they diiiiid~" Katsu drawled out teasingly, letting out a small pant before glancing at the pile.

Ah, there he was. Hollow rose briefly to greet him, then stopped, tail flopping against the ground violently, rising dirt. Oh? So he had what.. six? No, she had counted right. Oh, she could blame it on the desert, the fact that she didn't hunt bunnies usually, or she could blame it on herself. There was something to blame for this! Herself. Her mind had kept wandering.
At his n** she nipped his ear back, scowling. "I can change that. I'm sure they have your head up for bounty after you murdered their army." She let out a laugh to show she was joking, looking at the rabbits.
"Are you planning on getting us fat?" She asked briefly. How in the world were they going to eat all of these?

"Really? A bounty?" Katsu smirked a bit at that, the idea of the rabbits and the bounty they would place on his head more than a little amusing to him. He let out a laugh, giving a shake of his head at the sheer silliness of the idea. "Don't know if I'd be able to put up with any of their little bounty hunters. I'd probably be dead meat~"" Softly chuckling now, Katsu shifted just a bit in order to lean against Hollow, resting his shoulder against hers.
"Eh? Us?" He turned his head a bit to get a better look at her, a brow now raised. "What'cha mean by 'us'?" Gently nudging her side with his own, he put on a small smirk. "Thought I was eatin' them all by m'self..." His smirk grew a bit bigger now. "Well, I suppose I could share. Only with you, though~" At this, Katsu let out a heavy sigh.. A fake one, joking with her again.
Turning his attention to their pile of rabbits again, he smiled a bit sheepishly. He.. uh. Well, Katsu hadn't really thought this through. Like, at all. What the hell were they gonna do with this many rabbits? He doubted that the pile of nine would be completely finished off, even between the two of them. Nine of 'em... Damn, this was an awful lot of food.
All he had his mind on this entire time was hunting!... And beating Hollow at their little competition, obviously.
