I could go dig up the pictures, but my friends and I did ToS costumes for Halloween. It's in one of the old contests. 3nodding

Which is cosplaying in its own way. And we're definitely gonna have to post this year's costumes.
And that is a pretty awesome Luke cosplay, Rydia.

Speaking of this year's costumes, are we doing Vesperia or Abyss? 'Cause I still want to be Anise. :3

Abyss is cool with me. I have no idea who anyone else would dress up as, though.

It may not be the best, but I at least give the guy props. I mean, I think I can relate with how much effort had gone into it. When I was in high school, I tried to put together costumes for two Halloweens---James (Team Rocket/Pokemon) and Link (Legend of Zelda) almost entirely on my own. I wouldn't say they turned out rather well, but the lesson learned was that it can be pretty hard to put together costumes. @w@;;
Maaaaaaybe the guy might not have made the costume himself, but it's still work on someone's hands.
But that's just my two cents. It's just that since then, the experience makes me see a lot of costumes as decent in my eyes, because I respect the effort that goes into them.

I definitly think that he or whoever made the costume did an ok job. I mean, sure it could have been better, but the amount of effort that went into the costume deffinitly deserves credit.

 It's really just the wig that looks cheap, but I understand people can't afford all this stuff at once. Hopefully he'll get a better wig soon! smile Oh and maybe ditch the sneakers... but I know how much walking people do so I dunno.

❀ ωнєи ץσυ ғℓץ ❀ ♬♩♪ ♫ I'm sorry, but... is that supposed to be General Zhao in the back, in the red, from Avatar: The Last Airbender? I didn't think he got cosplayers....
Anyways, the only thing that throws me off is the shoe choice, but I think the rest of the outfit is alright.
Not too huge on Kratos though. Zelos is <3. ♬♩♪ ♫ ❀ ץσυ αℓωαץs ғαℓℓ ❀

The hair was probably the worst part of the Kratos cosplay. Wigs are hard, though. I went as Yutaka Watari from Yami no Matsuei about two years ago, and the wig I had was really... cheap. I didn't have to make his costume, though, as I had everything but the wig lying around. cool Last year, though, my sister and I cosplayed as Hijikata Toshizo and Okita Soji from Peace Maker Kurogane, and we had to make haori, yukata, tabi, geta, and hakama. It was so hard..... Finding the right color of blue for Okita's haori was really hard, too, so I can understand if the purple isn't spot on. The tennis shoes, though... He could have at least made spats.
