xd My sister lived in Amsterdam before she moved to Switzerland. She wrote a guide to the Red Light district.

She would go there to sketch all the time. Free nude models.
She also had friends that worked down there, like a straight married couple -the guy worked in a gay bar and the girl word in a lesbian strip club. It seems like a nice enough place. Lots of intersting people and places.
