she peeked in using her own strategies on how to keep her stomach calm. "So like.... by this part..." she pointed to equal looking sections on either side. "it shows that he used his arms a lot... which could mean he liked to train with hand-held weapons or he liked to excersize... which could also mean that back then he might have been a squad leader if he would have been a ninja... right?" she smiled brightly starting to understand what he meant by learning what the soul was about. "So he could have been anything that involved heavy lifting right?"

"Oh... so..." she turned a page smiling at how she was finally learning something she had a real interest in even tho she didnt know it to start with. "if thats true then this part should mean that he probably suffered from either depression and this part means he had good blood pressure. so he didnt exactly get mad but he was able to keep himself calm even when he was feeling a bit angry instead of screaming at someone or at himself." she giggled feeling proud of herself again just as she had when she learned the clone technique. "This stuff is pretty cool huh?" she smiled again.

He said drifting off as if he was watching a movie from a million miles away. A heavy sigh came, "I suppose that's enough. Now if you look in THIS book..." The Dayimo said as he perused a small shelf on the wall, "You'll see that there is a formula on how to adjust your chakra to fit their personalty. Go ahead and try to remove his soul using these hand seals..." He suggested- guiding one of her hands to the forehead of the downed samurai. "It will be a good deal easier since I simply replaced it."

"You can change chakra? wow..." she looked inside the new book flipping past the cover and to a first page. "So... these hand signs.... are supposed to let me change my chakra to match his soul? How exactly is this going to change it? Will it be permanent or will i be able to change it back afterwards?" She was asking as many questions as she could to learn as much as she could before she actually tried so she wouldnt end up looking stupid trying it and failing completely at the whole thing. "I wonder where this whole technique was originated..." she said knowing she would probably end up looking it up in the future before or after she learned it.

"If you align your chakra with his- it will only temporarily change..." He offered helpfully in his silken voice, "As you gain experience in "feeling" souls you won't even need to dissect the person before hand. Some practitioners need only meet the person to understand their soul and align their chakra. I've even heard of ninja who can do this simply by touching them." He explained as he watched her lovingly.

"oh but... what if you dont meet them and they're just like... dead? And what if your unable to dissect them?" she had learned from her very first days in the academy from her favorite teachers that asking questions was the best thing you could do when you didnt understand. Asking questions and watching examples. Or even asking for an example... "Could you maybe show me before i try sir?" she smiled and read through the pages of the new book trying to understand what he wanted her to learn. She knew he wanted her to learn how to control and bring the soul back into a corpse but she wanted to see it first hand. Not watch a video or see someone who HAS been brought back because that would be pointless if she herself couldnt understand by viewing. She understood strictly and mainly by example. "This sounds really complicated but it doesnt seem as hard as it looks according to this book... Isnt that right?" she smiled giggling.

She smiled bright. Bigger and brighter than she has in a long time. "So you mean... If i learn this right ill be able to bring people back without even knowing them?!?! Thats amazing!!!" she giggled. "Who created this technique? I wonder how they learned... Or even thought of it!!!" she started to think hard about who she had read of or heard of before that could have created it but was starting to give up because she truly was clueless on creators of jutsu and techniques.

“Well... to answer your first question, that could take a lifetime of practice to reach that level. I still have to know them a little bit- I can generally gauge enough about a person's soul by meeting them for a short time to summon their body back to this world...” He explained hesitantly, his smooth voice spilling out like bundles of silken threads.
“...and I don't know the entire history of this jutsu. I know so very wicked people have employed it in the past- though I doubt they where the first to use it. The former leader of the Sound Village- Orochimaru was said to have had a command over this technique I believe. His subordinate may have had this technique at his disposal as well- though I must confess to ignorance of it's original creator...” He decided- still a bit hesitant about the whole thing.

"Wow well i guess orochimaru was still pretty powerful huh?" she smiled brightly looking over to him and then thought about how she could maybe get him into her life. "Do you think ill ever be able to master this jutsu sir?" she tilted her head a bit as if she were completely unaware of an answer to the whole question. "Has anybody mastered it yet?"

“Like perfection, mastery is not something you can "reach". It's something to strive towards. There are an endless number of possibilities with a technique like this and what path you take with it effects what you will see as "mastering" it. For example, I've become very skilled at controlling a greater number of corpses at once than most have. You might say I've mastered it but then we can look at other people who can resurrect a corpse just by looking at it. Ninjutsu is like a tool. How you use it and your familiarity with it is all dependent on you and how you see it being used. I would suggest that you find your own definition of "mastery" before you continue to learn it... what do you want to learn from this?"

She stumbled over flat ground a bit when he asked her what she wanted to learn. 'How do i answer that?... maybe... i should just try to think of what i really do want to learn from this....' she took a deep breath and got ready to speak as she closed her eyes searching inside herself for the real answer. "Honestly?... i dont know what i want to learn... Not specifically anyway... I know that i do want to learn control... Well... im not sure if this is the right way to learn it but its a very nice technique. I think.... i think.... that... maybe i dont have any idea on what im doing or why im doing it. I dont have a reason for wanting to do this. Not a real one anyway..." she opened her eyes and fumbled with her necklace once again as the old habbit kicked in when she could literally feel the heavy pulse on her fingertips and the chain rattling a little on the end. She looked down thinking over and over on what he had said and what she had answered. "But maybe thats not a good reason" she sighed and looked back up smiling again. "But ill find one. Just you wait" She giggled.
