She kept watching him. It was amusing how he seemed to be putting on this front to her about everything. How he walks, how he talks, and how he seems to be this 'big bad stallion'. She couldn't help but smirk some, shaking her head slightly. Quidal had to wonder if he was putting on another front, or he truly didn't really care about that bat she had seen earlier.
"Well, you obviously haven't been trying hard enough."

Venombanes eye twitched slightly as he remembered all the occasions he tried to get rid of that pest. Sometimes he wondered if it was really a bat and not a cockroach. At times he seemed indestructible.
Still as much as he didn't want to even think of admitting to himself that he might becoming fond of his flying friend the little critter was slowly growing fond to his heart.
'' That is a flying cockroach! ''
And with this they turned away from the more important topic. And with a big seductive smile spoke softly.
'' Now where did we stop? ''

She tilted her head when he questioned her saying that he didn't try hard enough, yet didn't explain to her how if he had tried otherwise. He was sure an interesting stallion. It was obvious he was trying to show himself as this tough, 'alpha male' but she could tell that he wasn't as 'hard' as he portrays. Not saying he was a complete softly, just that there was something more to him.
"Cockroach? That's a bit harsh."
She had to giggle inwardly at how sudden of a change he had as he returned to his previous goal in mind. At his seductive grin, she gave him coy smile as she turned back to him and sidled up against him. "Oh... I don't know. Something about being lonely."

Yes! They are back to the theme he was interested in. Now he just needs to play his cards right and this pretty little bird will be eating from his hoof. He had to admit to him self that his words did contain a little bit of truth.
Up until now his seductive attempts have been quite successful and he had no reason to think he would be unsuccessful now. Actually, depending on what kind of mare Quidal turns out to be, he just might stay here bit longer.

Boy, oh boy, how this stallion sure was interesting. She eyed him as he laid on the charm and attempted to pull at her heartstrings. Although it was a bit corny in the way he was doing it, if she was honest with herself, it was working to some extent. But, one mustn't seem too eager, right. Her lip curled in a small, coy smile.
"Oh, what a shame, but," she sidled right up against him, "it's good to hear that I could shed some light into your otherwise dull routine. But... wasn't it you who tried to avoid me earlier?" She posed, glancing up to him in a questioning manner, but the smile remained on her face as she awaited his answer. She will probably stop teasing him after this, unless he says something completely stupid, but considering his previous answers, that was highly unlikely.
