I can't believe it. She's my favorite basket from that breeding. You must be insane to not choose her. D: What would I do to have her?

I think the question here is, why do you think -you- deserve her?
You see, it takes a lot of emotional investment to take care of something so cute, and at the same time nurture the evil things that whiz about her mind like flies over putrid meat.
I care for six-year-old triplet boys, all of whom have their own special brand of evil genius. No doubt this little darling will be much trouble after them.

- Find a suitable picture of Hello Cthulhu on the intarwebz
- Turn said picture into a cross-stitch pattern using Photoshop
- Print out pattern and mark for color/squares
- Dig out cross-stitching materials that litterally havent been used for over 5 years
- Find black and the perfect green for the soon to be babythulhu
- Locate my handy dandy Totoro 'needle holder' aka something I can stab my needle into to hold it so the cats dont get it :B
- Start my work...

Him: Then I will become a zombie and walk around like this *hobbles a bit* Wait... my leg will prolly be mostly tore off so it will look more like this *hobbles horribly dragging his leg behind him*. I will then come home and bite you!
Me: I dont want to be a zombie!
Him: You wont have a choice! And then when you and I are zombie husband and wife, when you get mad at me and tell me to eat you, I really will! NOM!!!!

Spent most of today untangling string that my husband thought would be fun to play with, thats why theres not much progress and Micheal's doesnt tend to be open the hours that we are up. *sigh* I swear hes like one of the cats :B

Filling in with the color is taking a lot longer than I expected >< I counted just over 6000 squares, each with 2 stitchings, in this little project. Right now he looks like hes wearing a yamaka :B So for now hes Jewish! Ill try to get as much done as I can before the contest end *headdesk*

I dont know if and when Ill be around from now until this closes so Im writing my closing now.
What I would, and what I did do (for the most part) for this basket is work over 17 hours on a cross stitch (4x6 inches) Hello Cthulhu for the baby soon coming. This took more time than I could have imagined and I regret that I couldnt finish it but Im happy that I was able to get as far as I did.
The super secret side thing I was working on were obtaining the adult and baby Cthulhu figures in the pictures below.
Im sorry for the bad photo quality but all I have atm is my camera phone.

I want this basket so much, I'm willing to become something I hate; a child beauty pageant mother! Naturally Libi'd take after her momma, fabulous!, and any hideous markings from daddy could easily be hidden by pounds of make-up or cheaply corrected by cosmetic surgery in someone's garage. This little starlet's talent would be the gift of song and dance. She'd perform classics like Michael Jackson's "Thriller", for obvious reasons, and my personal favorite, Chichi wo Moge. I'm already so proud of Libitina (Latin for "Protectress of the dead") !
