Jacob was half ready and was able to duck the right hand, but wasn't quick enough to grab it like he wanted to. Instead he went to jump forward and drive his left knee into Jarel's gut.

(i'm beginning to wonder why we don't rp together more often. this is turning out pretty well)
the knee to the gut connects, forcing jarel to double over

(Not sure.)
Now that Jarel was closer to Jacob's height, it was time to try something that would Jarel's head into a whirl wind. Jacob went to grab around Jarel's head and then would attempt to drive his head into the mat with a Jumping Impact DDT for added damage.

(we're gonna have to fix that)
the DDT connects, planting Jarel head first on the mat. He rolls onto his back and lays there, momentarily dazed

Jacob kip-ups and quickly runs to the nearest rope, hopeing to pull off a Spring Board Leg Drop before Jarel can think twice.
(For sure... Maybe a nice fued down the road.)

Jarel is still stunned from the DDT and as such the leg drop also connects

Jacob wanted to keep what he had going as he ran at the opposite ropes and came flying back at Jarel. From there it would depend on if Jarel was up to a knee or if he was still flat on his back.

Jarel had remained on his back to regain his focus. as Jacob goes for the moonsault splash, Jarel puts his knees up at the last second

Jacob catchs his knees with full force and tumbles to the side, in a whole mess of pain.

Jarel gets to his feet and looks to keep his momentum going. He reaches down to grab Jacob by the throat, then lift him up and plant him again with a chokeslam

Jacob is lifted to his feet and then back off his feet and high into the air, he trys to fight back but to no use as he is planted with the chokeslam.

Jarel stands up and raises his fist. the crowd cheers as he looks to pull Jacob up for the Jacknife powerbomb

Jacob was lifted to his feet with ease and it looked like Jarel would finally finish him off with the Jackknife Powerbomb, but when he had pulled Jacob up he would be greeted by a face full of fist instead of being able to finish the move.
