A paragon is basically the prime of the species, the best of the best. The template to make one is in the Epic Handbook

Which do you want, super barbarian or super cleric?

It makes no difference to me, once I equip that Paragon properly you wont be able to beat him so make something that you dont mind having killed xd

(make no mistake, if you were undead you would burn, freeze and be sanctified in one move) but then super cleric is a kind of Van Helsing-like halfling with guns.... though i suppose gunpowder isn't available in the arena.... erm.... super-barbarian. or would you like to go up against my cr 29 *thunder and lightning* dwelller in the deep! (i could decrease him to cr 19 if you like.)

You can go ahead and make your CR 29 guy, I'll just raise my guy a few levels to compensate. 3nodding He's only CR 24 right now so I'll make him a level 16 Ranger.
