mika turned toward gabriel and threw him a smile before turning back to the thief, "so...do you know anything about this girl gabe?" in the process of waiting for a response she readied herself for a possible tackle hug from him.

The THIEF ((watch your spelling, gabe)) brought out the necklace from her pocket, sales tag long since removed, and showed the new arrival the bauble. "This is mah necklace, and it costed me all of four golds, although it was priced at five, but I haggled a bit. How dare ye say it aint mine!"

Anger flashed on Gabriel's face and his whole body tensed. Gone was the happy-go-lucky attitude, gone was the cheerful smile. In its stead flames burst forth around the man and his voice took on an inhuman undertone, "Are you calling me a lier!!? I who am master of Flame, I who rule over this wonderous land! You question my integrity?!! I should turn you into ash for such slangerous words!!!"

Shoji appeared behind Gabe and patted his shoulder. Blaze his hell hound trotted to his side and looked up to his master.
"I know buddy this is the one we were chasing not to long ago but let's let Gabe deal with this one today. He seems way to tense for us to butt in like this but just in case we might can help in the end," he answered his pet's look calmly," but Gabe would you like some assistance with this person?"
Shoji grabbed at his blade mounted cleanly on his back just in case his assistance was needed. His cape waved from a slight breeze showing just how massive this blade was. Shoji's crimson hair danced playfully with the breeze as he exhaled. Blaze shifted his gaze to the girl that was slowly backing away from the group; letting out a low growl under his throat.
