Tuck's "hit" was a clean textbook tackle. He went above the knees and below the neck. Watch the damn video. Anyways, Goodell actually took away the fine, meaning that it was clean. It shouldn't have even been penalized.
The Hines Ward hit on Rivers was helmet to helmet. The Jets guy hit on Boldin was helmet to helmet. There's a huge difference.
