Chloe stood and walked over to the counter. "Eric . . . she has no pack. . ." She looked sad. "You know more than I do about being a were. Can you help her?"

Sighing he rubbed his forhead, his shoulders tenseing slightly. " i can try, but wether she accepts the pack's offer is up to her. Hawk will accept and protect any who need it, but it has to be their choice." he didnt like the fact that he hadnt heard from his alpha or Kago for a while, but he would protect the caves.. and the rest of his pack until he did hear from them.

Akasha looked at them both and sighed. "It has been a while since I have been with other people. I have been alone and been hiding. It would be a shift for me and would be hard to get use to again." She slowly slid off the counter. "What would happen, if I stayed?"

Chloe frowned and moved closer to Eric, observing his stressful pose. "I'll help her too if I can." She hoped he wouldn't be mad. Chloe looked at the girl. "Well, if our Alpha accepts us, then we'll be family. I'm just learning myself so I can't help a whole lot. I do know a bit about packs though." She smiled at the girl, hope twinkleing in her eyes at the though of being truely accepted by the Alpha of the pack and at the prospect of having a new pack member. "Eric, she can stay with the pups and I. I have enough money to buy a house with some land so that we won't have to stay in the den."

Akasha tensed really badly. "I refuse to live anywhere near this town outside. There is too much evil going on there, and I refuse to part of it. Thank you for the house offer, but I would rather die then live out there." Akasha backed up into a corner. "It is always dark up there. Here, there is light, and a sense of security and a feeling of home." Akasha looked at her hand and saw that there it was almost completely covered in fer, and the fer was creeping up her arm slowly. She started to breathe in and out slowly so she could calm down before she changed. "Sorry, its just that place scares me. Mother said that dad worked out here before he died in a war. I just don't want to go like he did out there. If it is ok with you, I will stay here for a while."

Chloe nodded. "I understand. I don't want to live in the city either. For my own reasons of course. I want to buy a plot of private land and a house on it or build one." she wacthed cuirously as the fur on the girls body became more pronounced. She wasn't aware thet weres could do such a thing. Then again, she wasn't aware of much about weres.

sighing he caught Akasha's arm, smoothing his hand over her fur to help her stop shifting. " the pack lives here, there is an entire network of tunnels and rooms through the mountain. if you want a room there are nearly four hundred not in use here. pick one." he turned and moved around the counter again, this time searching through the cabnits for something. finding it he sighed again, setting the photograph on the counter for both of them to see. it was of Kago, Eric, Hawk, and four others.. all of them poseing for the picture eccept for Hawk, who simply crossed his arms over his chest and seemed like he was trying not to smile. taping the photo with his picture he said softly. " a pack is not just a group, its a family. we are safe here, so long as we stick together." his voice had a gentle tone to it, trying to help both of them understand what a pack really was.

Akasha looked at the picture and smiled. "This man right here, the one crossing his arms, he looks like my father, just a little smaller. Daddy was a big man. Or at least that is what I got from all the pictures on out walls of him and Mother. He looked like a kind and gentle man. I just can't understand why he left Mother. Why he left me, to fend and learn on my own. He was supose to be there when I started to change, instead he got into a fight with someone... Or I should say something and got killed." Akasha looked away from both of them to hide her tears of sadness and hate. The hate was showing on her arms though, the fur was getting thicker and longer, starting to creep up her arms again. "He should have stayed, helped me, helped my mother when it was time for me. Mother told me that father had to find his family, so I thought, I could find mine, but mother was agenst it. She locked me in the house so I wouldn't go out into the world and get mad like every teenager, but all what that did was make me hate her. Because of her I don't know what a pack is, because of her I couldn't go out and find my father's pack. I wanted to know them. When I found them a few weeks ago they beat me. Apperently daddy did something and they were taking it out on me. I ran again. They were humans then so I didn't really know they were like me, but now that I think about it, they were meaner, crueler, they wanted to kill things, and not help." Akasha stopped all train of thought so she could calm down. The fur had reached her neck and her face was starting to change. This had been the longest it has taken to shift. It didn't take much for her to do so, but this time her body was fighting the change, like it didn't want it to.
((It's been a long week and I had nothing to do. Sorry about how long it is))

Chole grabbed the girl in an embrace and smoothed her hair. Her mother insticts taking over her. She could sense the girls conflict.

Akasha hadn't had a motherly hug since before she left. Her face went to normal but the fur didn't go away. She looked over at Eric. "Why has it taken it so long for me to change? Normally when I think just a little about that stuff I change. Why not this time?" Akasha was now confused about herself and the fur started to go away.
((sorry... it was a boring day that day and I had nothing to do... So I typed... When I get bored I make up stuff and type it out. Sorry, just couldn't help myself))

((It's ok. I've been running around a lot lately so I was just imaginitvely dead. >.<))
Chloe hugged her tighter. She couldn't even begin to understand the feeling of not being one creature or the other. "Mide, Tate, come here please." she called to the pups. She wanted to know that they were close to her and she thought thaht more pack around the girl would help her relax into one form.

Akasha looked down at the pups and smiled. "Are they yours?" Akasha was soon calm enough to change to a full human again... besides the ears on top of her head.

Chloe smiled at the pups but shook her head. "THier pack was killed when I was a human. I was friendly with the pack so whenthe cubs needed watching while they hunted, I was there. I guess you could say I'm thier Aunt. I asked Eric to turn me because I wanted to be technically thier pack so that they wouldn't be so cinfused."
