Just go down to your local police station and smack a cop. They'll take you to my "dealing room" and then when the cop is about to leave just say "I'm here to buy some weed" and they'll know what to do 3nodding

Wow. That was stress free and quite fun.
I managed to accomplish it without any of a materials!
I love being an imaginative person ;3
(Yes, I did each step, but in my own way, except the eating, which I did in real life! Hurray!)
