Hanabi smiled. "Come on," she said as she lead Yuzuki to the kitchen. Her house was no where near as huge as Travis's mansion, so they got to the kitchen quickly. "Want a sandwich? Chips?" Hanabi asked as she walked over to the pantry and pulled the bag of sandwich bread and bags of chips.

"Ah... Sure. That'll be fine." Yuzuki smiled. "Need help making them?" She said as she leaned against the counter.

"Don't worry, I can do it," Hanabi said as she set the things down on another counter. She got a bowl and poured the chips in. Then she got two plates and took out four bread slices. "So do you want peanut butter or ham?" she asked.
(( Hmm... Can vampires eat regular human stuff? If they can't, Hanabi is gonna find out once she tries to eat. ))

"Right," Hanabi said as she brought over the sandwiches and bowl of chips to the table. Then she went over to the refrigerator. "Want soda or juice?" she asked over her shoulder.

"Soda, if you don't mind." Yuzuki sat at the table and looked down at her sandwich. She'd only had a sandwich when she was younger. It had been a while.

"Here you go," Hanabi said as she came back with two sodas. She handed one to Yuzuki. She opened up hers and drank a bit of soda. But... it didn't taste the same. It wasn't as satisfying or refreshing as it always had been. She scowled a bit, wondering if the soda had expired or something. If possible.

Yuzuki looked up as she bit into her sandwich. "Taste funny?" She asked knowingly, covering her mouth with a hand to not show the food in her mouth.

Hanabi nodded. "Yeah, and I don't get why..." she said. Then she realized what it was. It wasn't blood, and that's what vampires thirst for. She sighed and sat down at the table. She took a bite out of her sandwich, which also tasted weird. Oh well.

Yuzuki looked down at her food. "It's not the same for me, but it always tastes bland compared to raw meat." She said trying to give Hanabi as much support as she could muster.
