Kai quickly reached in her bag over her shoulder and whipped out her belt. She reached into one of the only two pockets on her belt and pulled out a needle with a anaesthetic.
"Why don't you take a nap."
She stabbed him in the arm and gave him the drug. She then gripped the ropes around him and pulled him away from robin.
"Anaesthetic. Something that I carry despite Batman's dissaproval."
Gar lunged forward and caught Tim before he hit the ground and tried pulling time away from Castel while at the same time Kai pulled on Castel.
((In seconds he would start to feel it and in moments he would stumble and loose consciousness))

Castel couldn't stop Red Cardinal from her actions, because of his bound hands. As the drug took effect, Castel's weight began to drag Tim down with him. After Garfield pulled Tim away from Castel's loosening grip, the assassin became dead weight in Red Cardinal's arms.

Tim coughed as he stumbled, barely able to stand even with Gar's help. His right arm shook as it wiped across his mouth, blood smearing on the black jacket sleeve. He looked up at Kai, and was pretty sure he could count two of her. He realized Conner was holding up his right side, as Gar helped him on his left.

"We need to set Robin down. Give him some room."
Kai dropped the unconscious man to the floor as she walked over to Tim.
"He just... I can't believe he just attacked Robin."
"He's a cold blooded killer. He was trained to kill in any situation, and proficiently without having to think twice. I could also sense he wasn't completely there. Like he was brainwashed so that all he knew was his job. The fact that the government would create people like this means that they are really desperate."

Tim was helped back to the chair, his double vision clearing a little as he slowly opened and closed his mouth to flex his jaw.
Kon stood right next to Robin, in case he needed to help his best friend keep upright.
"I really... really hate this guy."
"Kai call-- call Oracle. Tell her what you found out."
Tim coughed again as he held where he had been kneed several times.

"Robin..."
She looked at him confused almost. She never was the one to call someone. Kai pulled out her communicator and called Oracle.
"Oracle, Robin and I found two more Titan's. They had captured an Assassin named Castel who I was able to get information from concerning who he was working for and their goal."

Oracle responded to Red Cardinal's transmission, "Good work. Gambit just brought in a taperecorder that our mad man dropped in Central City. I'm playing it now:"
The man's crisp voice came through the open transmission:
"And behold a pale horse, and he who sat upon it had the name -- Death."

They paid with their lives. Soon Central City will pay the price of harboring the death merchants of Star Labs. I will taint the waters. I'll poison the well, and they can drink their own destuction."

Kai thought for a moment while she listened before speaking again.
"That man is refering to the four horses of the Apocolipse. But the other 3 had not arrived instead the 4th appears alone. Unless he was going to try and recreate the other 3 first..."
Kai shook her head and paused before continueing.
"But that's not the point, we have another problem. The government is brainwashing and training assassins to hunt and kill super powered beings and vigilante's. It doesn't look too good. There is trouble everywhere and not enough people to take care of it. Mirage, Vox, and Bumblebee have been taken down by the assassins of the project Sanction and Starfire has been captured. The assassin Gar and Kon captured attacked Robin even though restrained and Robin is still seeing spots because of it. That's why I had to call you instead."

After Kai's statement, Oracle spoke up, "Actually, I think this man was quoting Oppenheimer, the man who invented the atomic bomb. It sounds like he worked at STAR Labs on Project Pandora, and lost it. Hmmmm.... 'drink their own destruction'. Actually, I think he was going to poison Central City's reservoir to 'punish' Central City. I'm going to send some people there to stop this man... who has Cyborg's tech."

"About the assassin though. I think it's not safe out for any of us. I think that anyone who goes out needs to be covert and cautious of their surroundings at all times."
Kai knew that would be a bit of a challenge. With so few heroes and even fewer trained, not to mention the mounting problems and enemies, it's almost too dangerous for heroes to resume work.

Comming in with Robin,"Robin have you seen the Jump City." as he turned around in midair.
The sky surrounding Jump City and in Jump city was pure black, with dark lightening bolts crashing down on buildings and bridges. Now seeing the wormhole Tk said to Robin throught comm,"He's here."
Then Tk followed his orders and lefted.

Robin covered his face and spat drops of blood. His elbow leaned on table as he picked up the comm infront of his face.
"Thanks.... for the update, TK."
Tim coughed before he lowered the communicator. The device lightly dropped to the table, a small clink of metal on metal.
"Some messed up world we live in."

Kai looked over at Robin.
"Robin... Who's here?"
Kai walked over to where he sat.
"I can heal your cuts at least. It's not much but it will help."

Tim turned to face her, flinching at his aching stomach.
"Some... 'dark' side of Blaze. He said we need to calm down and try to leave emotion behind. I suggest we- urh..."
Robin clenched his teeth again from the hits given to his abdomen.
