Van Evok yes, inquisitor with mystics and give him sanctuary so demons cant touch him razz I've done that once, and by ********, its funnily amazing. Just watching a tide of thirty odd Bloodletters and Scarbrand trying to charge me was amazing, until his Soulgrinder sort of killed my Inquisitor lord with its nasty gun.

Be sure to spread the models out so the unit can block off quite a bit of board. Wow. I really hadn't ever thought of that. And if you pass the test for it once, by the wording in the codex, it seems like the Sanctuary would hold up until you try to move or shoot. On a Marine note, I've been considering doing a sort of Greek or Roman themed force, or at least the modeling that it would entail. Current thoughts: Assault Marine Gladiators Attack Bikes with a Chariot sort of sidecar Laurels. Lots of laurels. Gladii for combat weapons. ultramarines get this classic roman feeling a lot check the sicarius helmet plume or honor guard champion with gladius as second weapon... and emperors champion from BT range has nice laurels smile

Brookman: That picture is ******** awesome, and shall be kept around for reference.
Evok: I know that those models pick up a lot of that old Greek/Roman feel. If I really get into it, it'll involve a lot of armor modding to make proper brigandine and lamellar for commanders. That...would be an unholy pain in the a** to model.

Mac thats the look I was talking about for my space wolves. Those shields be to small for Spartans but for Vikings oh yes my friend!

But I was morely thinking on armours base color as red and detail/rims
as gold/bestial brown. 3nodding
And yeah, those shields are abit small....
I think those might be marauder shields, correct me if I´m wrong.

The best thing to represent Spartans would be a Captain and Honor Guard, all with Storm Shields and Power Weapons.
