Hellion paused, examining the rock and the Poffin for a moment and obviously considering it... only to turn away with his arms crossed, making a "chu" sound that sounded suspiciously like a "humph". Apparently his forgiveness wasn't QUITE that easily earned, and she was going to have to either work for his forgiveness this time or give a 100% heartfelt apology.
Cadaver quirked an eyebrow at that, looking even more amused. "You know, my guess is that that might've worked if you'd only threatened the fish poffins and not the plushy. What was that about 'not for long' again...?" He then turned serious. "Think about it a second; the plushy was a gift from Koras, ergo it has sentimental value and therefore, he probably sees it as one of a kind, extremely valuable, et cetera... and you threatened to reduce it and the other gifts that he stores inside it into ash just because you overreacted to him grabbing the Badges... badges that you probably could've gotten spares of from Surge if you'd asked, since he seemed like a pretty nice guy once you got past the small amount of arrogance."

(The team rocket catching her thing works for me.)

Cadaver sighed, but nevertheless glanced after Lilian before looking down at Sweets sympathetically. "Don't worry, I'm sure she'll come back after she calms down," he assured her gently, Kitsune comforting her as well and saying something along the same lines.
Hellion, meanwhile, heard Lillian's reasoning and similarly noticed the way his name was written on the rock and started to feel guilty. He silently took the Poffin and the rock, storing them away, before heading off to try and find Lillian and see if he could reconcile with her, if only for Sweets's sake.
Unfortunately, Hellion didn't quite catch up in time; instead, suddenly a string of webbing shot out, tying Gibbs's legs together and forcing him to fall, Lilian tumbling off his back and the Egg rolling off to one side. Then another wave of webbing came out, this time tying up Lilian and gagging her even as the web-spinner, Hive, came into view. "We don't know why you separated yourself from your friends, and quite frankly we don't really care, but we suppose we should thank you for it." The boy removed a pair of contact lenses, revealing that his eyes weren't human, but rather compound eyes like a bug's, his skin starting to unravel to reveal a gleaming green exoskeleton underneath... and lots and lots of odd-looking bugs... "Now that we have you, the others will come to save you... and when they do, we'll capture them as well." With that, a Venomoth appeared, Teleporting the four of them away.
When Hellion finally caught up a few moments later, the only thing left was the Egg, laying in the corner. His still-maturing mind noted the odd tracks, immediately knew something was wrong, and headed back to the others, a panicked look on his face as he burst into their room in the Pokemon center with the Egg in tow.
Cadaver and the now-awake Koras immediately recognized the Egg and blanched. "...That's not good..." Then he noticed the stray bit of webbing on the Egg, Koras doing so as well. "DEFINITELY not good... Koras, don't do anything hasty, Hive's a smart one, we need to formulate a plan so that - "
BOOM!
"...So that we don't end up heading into a trap," he finished with a sigh, not even having to look to see the hole in the wall caused by the Sonicboom or Koras rushing outside. He turned to the Pokemon. "You lot will want to stay here and guard the Egg..." His flesh began disintegrating into nothingness, revealing a being made of black spectral energy underneath, teeth that would freak out a Gyarados, and a pair of glowing red eyes. "...because this fight is way out of your league," he finished, his voice turning much more sinister and soul-scarring before he vanished in a burst of speed; discarding your physical body in order to fully use your Ghost-type abilities did wonders for your limits. Of course, he didn't notice the ever-stubborn and determined-to-make-things-right Hellion following in tow.
Koras, meanwhile, was currently thinking some very gruesome thoughts about Team Rocket as he headed to the only Rocket base in Kanto he knew of, his skin steadily turning white, his hair and eyes turning green, and a strange music-note tattoo appearing on his forehead as he unconsciously tapped into his latent power in his rage.

Cue one of the walls blasting inward from an ear-splitting Hyper Voice, rubble flying everywhere, including one of the larger pieces conveniently heading toward the machine that was fusing some of Mew's DNA with Lilian... only to abruptly be sliced into quarters by an X-Scissor from a familiar Scyther. Koras glared heavily, growling as his power went rampant within his body.
Hive just smirked back, smirking even wider when Cadaver appeared shortly afterwards... only for the entire building to be covered by thick metal, followed by a strange force field, and the inside of the base to be flooded with all sorts of Bug Pokemon. "We were hoping you'd fall for that. Now... let's get this party started, shall we?" With that, Hive's body suddenly shifted and changed, revealing his TRUE true form, as opposed to the form with the exoskeleton: a mass of black bugs. Both of his "arms" shifted into blades, and he rushed forward, the bug Pokemon moving with him.
Koras found himself being forced to dodge a mass of enemies with seemingly no weak point, at least for him - sound attacks would only provide a distraction, and Hive in this form had no pressure points... not to mention the Scyther was providing ranged support in the form of Air Slash. Cadaver wasn't fairing much better, even though he managed to get his three Pokemon to come out from... somewhere to help him fight.
Hellion, on the other hand, quickly weaved through the chaos unseen, soon reaching the machine and quickly searching for an "off" button or switch. However, he found nothing, and instead decided to go with what, in his infantile mind, seemed like the easiest course of action: he pulled at the "on" button until it was ripped away, taking some of the circuitry with it. This somehow actually WORKED, the electricity dying out and the machine shutting down... though unfortunately, not in time to keep the machine from completing the merger, at least to a greater degree than with Koras, if the Mew ears and tail were any indication.

(Note: the steel covering and force field around the building is to prevent escape via Teleport, intangibility, or brute force... electricity might work, though.)

Koras smiled in relief, relaxing somewhat now that Lilian was safe.
Unfortunately, the Ancientpower didn't work - several dozen Venomoth, one of the many, many Bug-types either resistanct or outright immune to the Poison-type attack, used Confusion to stop the attack in its tracks before it could break them out, and quick Gust by some of the Bug/Flying hybrids cleared away the poisonous fog before it could do too much damage.
The small bugs that comprised Hive seemed rather agitated at this turn of evens, buzzing agitatedly. "No... you will not escape! We will not let you! Pokéfusion!" With that, Hive went from a mass of bugs in a humanoid shape to a regular mass of bugs, covering his Scyther until all its green parts plus the eyes were completely black.
Cadaver blinked. "Okay, I get that we can't leave until we kick your a**... but is there any point to covering your Scyther there with lots of mini-insects? Other than making it a big-a** target, I mean?" Then the bugs suddenly became a second exoskeleton over the first, and now-black Scyther's eyes snapped open, revealing them to now be glowing green orbs right before it began charging up some sort of energy attack in its mouth... only to fire a ridiculously powerful Signal Beam right at Cadaver, blasting a hole in his spectral body but somehow not even denting the wall. Cadaver blinked before looking down to stare at the new hole in his chest. "...Well, s**t. Looks like that Scyther just got a power boost... good thing I'm a Ghost-type or I'd be dead..."

However, rather than trying to block or dodge, the black Scyther simply vanished in a burst of speed, reappearing behind Lilian and firing off another overpowered Signal Beam at her, using her own momentum against her to blast her straight into the wall, making a Lilian-shaped indent in it.
Then Cadaver appeared right behind its head and gave it a rather impressive Shadow Force-powered axe kick, toppling it... only for Koras to let out a Hyper Voice that sent it right back up, impacting it against the ceiling. It probably wouldn't take the thing out, but it would give them time to figure something out.

Koras paused, then looked over at Cadaver in reply, since he didn't have a clue.
Cadaver was silent a moment, thinking it over, before he suddenly spoke up. "Lilian, I need a Will-o-wisp on that bug, pronto, then just use Assurance after I make my move. If that doesn't work, then I'll use Shadow Force, Koras will use Perish Song, and then once I appear again you can use Pain Split on us both to help you two recover. Sound good?"

Sure enough, Hive-Scyther got burned by the small flames as it came back down to ground level. It hissed in pain, only to get blasted by a Hex attack, shortly followed by the Assurance attack, knocking it to the ground. Koras even decided to contribute with another Hyper Voice, blasting a fair portion of the black exoskeleton away.
Unfortunately, that didn't really seem to cut it, because the Hive-Scyther soon stood up once more. Cadaver sighed before glancing over at Koras. "All right buddy, Perish Song time." With that, he vanished, using Shadow Force to evade the upcoming attack.
Koras grimaced before reluctantly letting loose with a rather haunting song; however, unlike with his normal songs, Lilian and Hive-Scyther could both feel their energy rapidly draining away. In the case of the Hive-Scyther, this meant that the exoskeleton was withering away down to nothing, and in the case of Lilian, it meant she was feeling weaker and weaker by the second. Soon the song finally stopped, leaving an unconscious, now-normal Scyther, a barely-alive Lilian, and a rather concerned-looking Koras.
Cadaver reappeared as soon as the song was done, watching Lilian with concern. "On second thought, screw the Pain Split, use Rest."
