Cornelius lay down as she inspected the area around her before watching Janis test the area and then come back to him. He felt her snout rub up against the side of his head and said, "Thank you," after hearing all she had to say. He was happy she was pleased with her home.

"Janis, I was wondering, if you are not too tired do you want to have a bit of "fun"?" He wanted to test how her mood was today and although this seemed like a crud way to do it. He actually felt kind of bored with himself right now.

Cornelius raised his head and smiled back at her, "Nothing is wrong." He moved over closer to her and licked her face with his tongue and smiled.

(Do you want to time skip again? I think the last one we had was ten pages ago.)

(How many months has it been since we first started? I'll decide based on that.)

(Since I think we said 15 months was how long this pregnancy was going to take how about we skip about three months of time and write another 5-10 pages before attempting another time skip. This will make Janis 7 months pregnant I think. If that is okay.)

Cornelius slept on a large bed of bed rock beneath his massive dragon body. It was heated and provided him with a perfect temperature to sleep with during the warm and cold months of the year. However, today there a small problem, as he rolled over to sleep on his right side his claws touched upon a massive, scaly bump. The belly of his pregnant wife Janis. He tried to move in closer to her to get into a position that would not disturb her sleep too, but he soon saw that no matter how he curled his body he could not simply lay next to Janis anymore and stretch his long claws over her body. He liked sleeping close to her since her body heat was like an extra blanket, but today it was all just too troublesome.

"Janis," he whispered, "Janis," as he finally reached over and pawed at her face with his claws. "You need to turn over..." He grumbled, "Did you eat a few too many pigeon pies yesterday?"

Cornelius watched her open her eyes and raise her head before saying that she did not want any. "What was she talking about?" Cornelius pondered before she rolled over and started talking about having breakfast in a few hours. She was back to sleep again and he figured it was normal for her now. With the amount of time that had passed their children were developing far more than before and making her really tired.

He sighed and and kissed the back of her neck with his wet tongue, feeling the smoothness of her scales against it. He smiled a bit before closing his eyes and laying down next to her against the small of her back. She was very, very warm and it made Cornelius pleased to have that warmth next to him.

"You just keeping going along as you have..." he whispered. "Real soon we will have cute little dragon eggs." he whispered.

Cornelius slept soundly for an hour before rolling out of bed and hitting his head against the stones at his feet. It did not hurt, but he stood up dazed and noticed Janis was missing from the room. She had walked off without walking him up!

He slowly dragged himself out of the room, but did not see her anywhere within the cave they lived in, including the front entrance. "Janis must have gone out for another meal..." he muttered to himself. She now seemed to be eating a lot more in his opinion than normal, but he wondered if such activities as hunting and flying were beginning to effect her. She was a new dragon after all, barely had been one for a year, and to top it off she was pregnant for the first time ever, so this experience had to be difficult for her some ways.

He stood at the entrance of the cave and cried, "Janis!" hoping she would hear him as he ruffled his wings and stretched them. She could not have gone far, but he was not certain in which direction she might have gone.

Cornelius heard the storage room door where all the meat was open he turned as Janis answered him and thought, "She's gone for the food again. I'm scared now we're going to run..." it was kind of a silly thing to think though. Janis was a full grown dragon now and probably knew how much she should be eating by now.

"Good morning. Did you sleep well? You were sleeping so good I hated to wake you up." she stated as she nuzzled his neck. He nuzzled her back and said, "I slept well, but you really should have woken me up. I was thinking of us going into town for once, not for food, but for other supplies since I feel our house is still kind of empty." He looked around and after seven months time felt the house was nice, but a lot of this came from the stone work. They had a nice warm slab of stone for a bed, stone slabs of movable rocks for doors and other such things directly carved from stone.

"Do you think we could go visit Samson, have you transform, and maybe see if you can walk into town one final time?" He smiled at her and said, "I want to see what that aunt of yours and some of the other people think of this one final time and interact with them since we have not. If the transformation back into your human form would be too painful though then please stay here. The clothes we bought should still fit somewhat."
