I sort them based off of how my Pokemon are EV'd. Like, Physical Sweepers, Special Sweepers, Mixed Sweepers, and all that jazz.

Because if I wanted to build a team, all I had were the Types to look at in groups. I find it more effective to know their usage in battle opposed to only their Type, which I can look at by clicking on the Pokemon's icon.

It's just that training a pokemon from whatever to 100 is nothing short of a horrible hardship that I don't necessarily feel like putting myself through. I mean I would do research on which pokemon could learn which moves with a die roll to determine personality and blah blah blah....

TL;DR - I'm getting bored of spending my time training and not being part of guild events. confused

EDIT: Maybe (with your assistance) I could effectively set-up a sort of "Little League"? surprised
