Lightface shook her head. "No, not today Hazelpaw. Just take it easy when you're at there, make sure it doesn't turn into whitecough or greencough. You can go if you feel better, but if you start sneezing more than usual, come back."

Hazelpaw nodded to Lightface and got up. "Okay, I'll be careful. Thank you Lightface!" she mewed and exited the den. Once outside,she shivered with the sudden burst off cold air. Then Hazelpaw looked around for her friend, Lightpaw. But instead, Hazelpaw found Smallstar, and walked over to him. "Smallstar?" she mewed, "Have you seen Lightpaw around anywhere?"

Lightface dipped her head. "The next Gathering, I really have to ask the other medicine cats if they need any catmint...You can't really tell if the other Clans have diseases..."

((I'm so sorry you guys crying I'm a horrible person for being gone so long gonk ))
Lightpaw gave one last unsure look to Smallstar before heading off. She left the camp and lifted her face to the cold wind. Sometimes it was welcoming. A refreshing feeling. She kept walking until she heard Dragoneyes' familiar footsteps not far behind her. She paused, sniffed the air, and turned her head back towards Dragoneyes. "Rabbit." she said and gave the air another sniff. "Upwind." She picked up the pace a little as she got a stronger scent trail.
((i'm sorry this is so terribly short. gonk i didnt know wht to say, the whole ordeal in camp, Lightpaw was not there for. Dx))

Hazelpaw sniffed the air outside the medicine cat's den.
Smells like Lightpaw and Dragoneyes passed through here recently... she thought, and started to follow the trail.
Once outside camp, wind slapped her in the face, and she lifted her nose to enjoy the fresh air. It felt nice to be outside camp for awhile, and for her it turned into a mission. Hazelpaw focused on the trail that her friend had left behind, and keeping her nose to the ground, she continued on. Just when the scent began to fade, a gust of wind whipped Lightpaw's scent, even stronger than before. Just for fun, Hazelpaw crouched down and got closer to her "prey." Soon enough, both Lightpaw and Dragoneyes came into site, and luckily, her scent wasn't being carried towards them. Keeping very still, Hazelpaw got close enough to Lightpaw and pounced playfully. "Gotcha!" she mewed, and gave her a friendly lick on the ear.
((gimme a break here ppl, I have writers block DX lmao))

Lightface saw Hazelpaw run off and went over to Smallstar. "I've probaly told you this before, but you can't train Lightpaw any more. I know it's only practise battle training, but you could really hurt your leg." She shrugged. "Pity when a leader gets his leg broken, though I knew you were only helping Minxpelt."
(Writer's block for me too, and is I can't keep track of who's mentoring who.)

Lightpaw was caught unaware by the pounce and was knocked to her side. She was alarmed for a split second before she realized it was her friend, and
batted her weakly. She smiled and rolled over shrugging her off. She looked at her questioningly, wasn't she wounded? Should she be out on the moor? She glanced at Dragoneyes and then back at Hazelpaw.

Hazelpaw saw the confused look in her friends eyes, after the shock of getting pounced. "Lightface let me leave camp, but if I start sneezing or coughing, I have to go back." she purred. Then glanced up to Dragoneyes, and nodded in respect. "So, what were you guys doing?" she asked, lifting her paw to clean it.

(Uhm...Can someone please post in StarClan? They haven't posted since Sunday, and we really need to get back to Amberkit..)
Lightface nodded and walked away. She glanced back at the moor, and back at the camp. Most of the apprentices were away, hunting. "Good.." She mumured. With it being leaf-bare, they needed as much food as they could get.

I know all of you have talked to Smallstar, but all of you have moved on, so I'll wait for a post to respond to. confused ))

Smallstar shrugged. "It's stiff, but not painful." He Moved his leg back and forth, observing it.

Lightface looked at his leg obsevingly. "Of course it's supposed to be stiff. It'll be good once it heals, and thank StarClan you didn't damage it further.." She shook her head slowly. "But it was only a small broken leg."

"Well, it better be good for the upcoming gathering," Smallstar sighed. It would not do good for WindClan to have a leader with a broken leg representing them, or worse, no leader.
