What had happened yesterday evening... she was a little unsure of what exactly happened. So she looked up at him and said, "Well, goodnight." After a split second of hesitation, she pushed herself up onto her toes and leaned in, landing a small peck on Alexander's cheek. She let herself fall back onto her flat feet and turned to open her front door, her cheeks now warm."Bye," she said quietly, and closed the door after one last look at him.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander kept his composure as she turned and hurried inside, returning her goodnight. However, when she was inside, he glowed. Literally, his skin took on slight luminescence, though he quelled it quickly as he headed towards his home. So what are you going to do about her boyfriend, eh? a small and slightly familiar voice murmured in his head. He paused and lifted Rasiel. "When did you learn to do that!?" Alexander asked him. I've been practicing The fox said now hold me again, it's cold out here. He said, his tail curling around him. Alexander did so. Yeah a few nights ago I accidentally popped into one of your dreams, so I figured I should try to reach out. I'm still...not too strong... he said, his voice fading. Alexander walked on. "Well, I've dealt with suitors before..." He said quietly, his mind already returning to the past.

"Danny? Why don't you come hang out with us tonight?" It was her dad, and Danny sighed quietly as she felt the pounding in her head get louder and harder. "Sorry dad, not tonight, I don't feel good... goodnight," she said quickly as she began to stumble up the rest of the stairs and into her room.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗"Maebh! Oi Maebh!" A young man called to a young woman who was headed for the woods, dusk beginning to fall. The young woman sped up to lose the young man, but he sped up as well and caught her by the shoulders. She turned and pushed his hands off of her and went along her way anyway. "Oh come on, Maebh, don't be like that!" the young man said, following her. "Leave me alone Duncan! I'm going to meet someone!" She snapped as she entered the treeline. "Oh, is that so?" The young man said, something dark coming into his tone. "A night time meeting in the woods?" he said, grabbing her by the arm to pull her towards him. "Sounds kinda dodgy, don't you think?" he asked, holding her to his chest. "What honest person meets a girl in the woods?" He asked, his hand beginning to roam. Maebh stepped on his foot hard and pushed him away roughly. "Pig!" She spat and turned to go on. Duncan didn't worry her, he was a womanizer and the whole village knew it, though he'd never hurt a woman that she knew of. However, that idea was quashed as the young man grabbed Maebh rather roughly, pushing her against a tree and pinning her there with his body. Before she could protest his lips came crushing down on hers violently. She began to struggle beneath him, particularly for the knife she kept on her, but before she could pull it free Duncan was ripped off of her by the hair of his head, which was now bent backwards violently. Alexander forced him to stumble backwards this way for a time before throwing him to the ground. As Alexander grabbed his arm, Maebh stumbled forward to grab him. "Alexander don't!" She exclaimed, recognizing the cold rage painted on Alexander's face for something near murderous. He calmed slightly and looked at her, before wrenching the youth's arm upwards with a sickening crunch as the joints were broken. He let the limb fall over the screaming young man to wrap his arms around Maebh protectively, though she was shaking due to what she'd just seen, and placed his foot on his throat to silence him. "Believe yourself lucky Maebh stopped me, you pathetic, bile spewing worm." He spat, kicking the young man in the ribs before leading her away. When they were some distance away, Maebh turned to him. "What was that!?" She asked incredulously. Alexander frowned. "You know what he was trying to do!" He said, holding her by the waist. "Well of course, but had I not stopped you, you would have killed him!" She said. Alexander sighed. "I still should." He murmured. Maebh sighed and put her hands on his face tenderly. "You can't just kill people Alexander." She said, shaking her head. "If they try to hurt you in any way then I shall-"
You're walking past the shop. Rasiel said, bringing Alexander back to the present. "Oh. So I am." He muttered, turning to return home.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny tumbled into her bed in a quick change of clothes, her head pounding. It was the only thing she could focus on, everything else seemed unimportant. She had swallowed a few medicine tablets to help the aching, but the agonizing feeling wasn't subsiding. She turned so that she was lying on her back, her cold pillow and blankets kind of soothing against her warm skin. Her breathing was heavy, and she opened her eyes for a moment to stare at the ceiling. Why another headache? She thought, closing her eyes now. After a few moments, she sank into deep sleep.
Danny opened her eyes to find herself sitting against a tree, the soft green moss of summer covering sections of it. She looked around, and her hands crinkled a few leaves before she asked herself, 'Where am I?'
She recognized her surroundings within a few moments and thought, 'Wait, the forest again?'
She looked around again, trying to find the footpath that she had traveled along last night, but found nothing. She stood up, and heard the running of water nearby, so she wandered this way and that way before she found a stream. It wasn't too long, about three feet across, and looked a few feet deep. She sat down next to it, and carefully leaned over it, gazing at her reflection. She looked like she always did, pink hair, dark brown eyes, and pale skin. However, she wasn't in her normal clothes. She squinted into the water to see herself wearing a light blue dress. Not a fancy one, but an old-fashioned one for sure. It looked like simple cotton, and over it she wore a brown apron.
She sat up, away from the water and looked at herself, and her brows furrowed in confusion. She was still wearing her pajamas. But hadn't she just seen herself in a dress? She leaned over the water again, and just as she had seen before, there was her reflection, in that blue dress and brown apron. She looked closer and for a second she focused on the trees' reflections above her.
She gazed at it for a moment before a familiar face appeared in the water. 'Alexander?' she thought in surprise, recognizing his brown hair and grey eyes, his old fashioned clothes. She stumbled back from the water. However, it wasn't Alexander who was standing next to her. It was Louis.
"Louis?" she asked, a little taken aback.
"Hello," he responded, and he smiled, his gray eyes sparkling. Danny couldn't help but smile back, but she noticed he still had those same light eyes from last night, although his normal eyes were blue.
"Isn't it nice?" he asked, and he leaned over the stream, gazing at his own reflection. Danny did the same again, and saw the water still showed her to be wearing that blue dress and brown apron. She looked over at his reflection, and gasped as she saw Alexander in the water beside her, not Louis.
'Huh? But that's...' she thought before looking up and seeing that Louis was still standing beside her, but his reflection showed that it was Alexander, not Louis.
Suddenly, everything began to fade out like the previous night.
And suddenly she woke up.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander sat in one of the two plush chairs that normally sat out front that he'd carried to the back, covered in a large blanket, though he looked troubled. You could just go get her. Rasiel said. He was still wearing his little vest and cap, though he seemed better. "I cannot just go get her." Alexander said, his gray eyes silver in the moonlight streaming through the glass. "Can you imagine it? It's near one o'clock now, if I were to go knock on her door her parents would have a fit. I'm sure I could get her phone number from Evanna, but that would be pretty suspicious." He sighed. "And the only other option is to go knock on her window, and that would just make me seem like a stalker." He said. Rasiel shook his head, slinging the cap off, and began to wriggle out of his vest. Stay right here. You may be seen as a stalker, but I'm just so cute and cuddly. Rasiel said, fluffing himself up and tipping his head to the side, his ears droopy and his eyes large for a moment before he stood and jumped from Alexander's lap to the floor. He looked around for a moment before grabbing a flower the same hue as the buds that were preparing to burst. With that, he trotted out of the room and out of the shop. He stayed in the treeline as he made his way to Danny's house, though there was a moment of confusion as he tried to remember which was hers. When he was sure he'd picked the right one, he began going to all the dark windows on the first floor. He sighed as he looked into the last one and saw a bathrrom rather than Danny's room. He hopped off of the porch and looked up towards the second floor. There were trees around the house, though foxes weren't exactly climbers. He sighed That bird brained crow should be the one doing this. he thought before he clenched the flower in his teeth better and started struggling his way to the first branch of the tree nearest the house. Once he made it to the branches, it was easier to climb higher. He took a break when he came even to the windows, panting around the flower on his mouth, before steeling his nerves and standing. There was one branch near to a window that he planned to check first, though it was quite thin towards the end. He sidled as far out onto it as he could without it breaking and looked at the window. The sill was thick enough he could at least sit on it, so he figured he could jump to it. He flexed his paws, crouched, and leaped. When he landed, his back feet skid off the edge, though his claws caught on the wood and he was able to stay on it, panting as the shock of panicked terror subsided. When he was sure he was stable, he pressed his face to the glass to see onto the room. Well, it definitely wasn't her parents room. He wasn't sure if she had a sister, but right now he'd tale the chance, letting his ears droop and fluffing up just in case. He figured if he looked cute, the possible sibling would let him in instead of swatting him off the sill. With that he began scratching at the glass as loudly as he possibly could without knocking himself backwards.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny woke up with a jolt, and her hand came to her head, which was still aching but not as intensely. It was simply a small beating in her head. She rubbed at her forehead for a moment before sitting up, hearing scratching. She was scared for a second and she looked around, searching for the sound. Her eyes landed on the window, and she pushed herself out of bed and saw Rasiel. He looked cold and scared, and for a moment, she was scared for him. Why is he out on my window sill?! she mentally screamed in her head, and she rushed to the window, unlocking the two locks atop the glass pane and sliding it upwards quickly. "R-Rasiel?! What are you doing here? Come here," she harshly whispered, cradling him into her arms, her tone now softening. "Are you alright? Are you cold?" she asked, listening closely to see if she had stirred her parents.

Really he wasn't sure what to do if she didn't catch on, but he was a clever little thing he supposed, he'd figure something out. He wrapped his tail around himself as he looked up at her, his ears perked as he waited for a reaction.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny tilted her head in confusion. "A flower?" she said, taking the flower from him gently. She looked at it and its wonderful color and smell, and it made her think of Alexander and his shop. "Uh... did you want to show me something, or was this just something else?" she thought out loud, looking down at him. "Is something wrong with Alexander?" she asked suddenly, her mind going back to her dream.

He sat there and did his best to fold all of the petals into the middle and hold them there with his paw. He stared up at her for a moment to see if it registered before moving his paw, allowing the now crumpled petals to open once again.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny frowned slightly. "I don't know... my parents' room is right there." She looked around again, and looked back at Rasiel. "Well I can't go out the window..." she said, now looking back at the glass. "You came all the way out here just to bring me back to the shop?" she asked, turning back to the little fox, smiling.
