Freshman Hal sat down with her lunch and started eating. She saw a few people she knew, which did worry her a bit, and few she thought she recognized as the female version of people she knew, but for the most part, she felt confident that no one would recognize her since she was a female. Honestly, she was hoping they would just leave her alone until this whole gendrbending thing was sorted out, but knowing these people, that was quite unlikely. As she sipped on her drink, she glanced over at Adelaide, who had been spared from the curse. Lucky her. she thought enviously as Adelaide hugged a relative of hers. Probably ought to avoid her. I wouldn't want her to see me like this. She brushed her hair out of her face as he took another bite. She didn't know how girls could stand it. Boobs were annoying too... [Out. Of. Pop.:]

He wrapped his other arm around her slender frame, rubbing her back as he kissed the top of her head. "I don't understand either. Tensions are high in the world due to disasters and finances, not to mention all of this "end days" stuff." He mused, his lips vibrating gently next to her ear, keeping his cool, strong tone laced through each word. But as he heard footsteps approach the pair, Vietnam's eyes flicked over to find Kasem and a female version of Kiku. "Ah, so Kiku's been affected too." He thought to himself as he released the younger sister, still sitting close to her just in case. When they asked what was wrong and gave worried expressions, coupled with YoungSoo's response, Thien calmly sighed as he placed a hand on YoungSoo's shoulder once more, squeezing it reassuringly. "YoungSoo has been feeling sad lately because we haven't been acting like a family lately. Everything's been so hostile with all of the world's problems lately, hell Yao actually snapped at Mei for a stupid misunderstanding the other day..." He trailed off for a moment before he glanced down at the younger sibling, holding his tongue for a moment before he glanced back to his other siblings. If anyone knew the young micronation well enough, they would know that she almost never allowed anyone to touch her face, or even get near it. Any sort of touch or caress would immediately be retorted with some sort of violent act so that they would never to it again. There had been many times that Peter had only poked her cheek and she had to be restrained before she pummeled the kid into the dirt. "W-Well, I'm just glad dat yer at least 'ere. But it'd be nice if Papa were 'ere too y'know?" She breathed as she loosened her grip on her "mother" before eventually lowering her arms to her side.
When a familiar voice approached the group, the young brunette turned her head, chestnut locks swaying with her head before bouncing from her loose curls. It was Cherelle. But seeing that Scott was at least keeping her company, the micronation took hold of William's hand and lead him around to the other side of the table, where her stuff was. She wanted her to sit next to her, not really minding at the moment that "he" was now, in fact, a "she". "How is Mark anyway?" Adelaide asked as she sat down, returning to her peanut butter and jelly sandwich, alot happier than before.

"Sophomore and ready to learn!"  Once the salty, warm tears were finally gone, William shined a bright smile toward the younger micro nation. It wasn't long before a guest came along, but she didn't mind. The New Zealander just followed along Adelaide as she was lead her to her seat.
She gently sat down next to Adelaide and placed her lunchbox onto the table in front of herself. She opened the lunchbox and took out the main dish, grilled salmon with kiwi-herb marinade. The sweet aroma made her mouth water with hunger, but she directed her focus on Adelaide as she asked a question about Mark. "He doin' great actually! Wrestlin' crocs an' havin' a blast with tha tourists. It's all tha same 'cept fer us not bein' there. Poor Oz..." The island country knew how much Mark cared for the young girl as much as he did himself. The Aussie would be bored out of his mind with his little princess around. He was just glad that he was informed of coming soon. "He said that he was comin' soon, so we won't be too alone fer long."
She chuckled as she turned back around to her meal, cut the first piece of the salmon, and happily ate the first bite. (Out of Wellington: )(Translation: )

"No. Big Brother said that he was going to be busy during lunch and I told him that I would try to meet him after lunch. However..." Liechtenstein sighed softly with a slightly sad look on his face. "If I don't turn back into a girl by the time school ends, I may have to lie and tell him something came up and do my best to avoid him und my family until this spell or curse or whatever it is wears off." Lili did seem really sad at the thought of having to avoid his entire family, including the German brothers, Austria, and Hungary. Since Loki had been with him when he turned into a boy, he would probably see if he would mind letting him stay with her and her roommates until this wore off.

The Asian family hadn't done something like that in ages...It would be quite relaxing if they could pull it off.
Kiku's face darkened, very briefly, at the mention of Yao snapping at Mei. And then, just like that, her expression returned to neutral. "I see," she said in a balanced tone. No, she wasn't going to confront Yao about it or anything, and she hoped that the two of them had made up already, but a part of her always felt a bit more than irked whenever Yao did something like that (and in this situation, even more so since it had been directed toward Mei). Yao had never really understood Kiku's values, especially her resolve to get stronger...Usually laughing it off or saying that he didn't know what Kiku was talking about, sometimes both. Kiku respected Yao as a nation and a growing power...But nothing more.
Still, the others were right in that they hadn't been acting like a family recently. Kiku allowed herself a small sigh as she nodded.

She thought to herself, not helping but chuckle under her breath as she swallowed the rest of the bite she was working on. Quickly though, she grabbed her juice box and sucked on it, until it was safe for her to eat again, so she wouldn't choke. But when she heard the blond's other news, she couldn't help but beam up at her. "R-Really? That's great! I can't wait to see 'im, I'll paint him somethin' extr'e special fer when he gets 'ere!" The young brunnette exclaimed before she saw Cymru rise from the table in a huffy manner.
She wasn't close to the older country, not by a long shot, but they were still family under the Kirkland name, so that had to could for something right? But he didn't really seem to care, he was being rude and selfish. He was feeling left out? Ha! He was constantly surrounded by all sort of other family members while Wy only had Austrailia and New Zealand; not to say that she wasn't extremely thankful or anything, but still, he could at least speak up if he was feeling lonely. She would've loved to talk to him and get to know him more if he at least put in the effort to reach out if he wasn't feeling alright. But when he basically insulted her while giving a negative connotation that being a micronation was "the worst thing imaginable", she immediately crossed her arms and yelled, "What's so wrong bein' a micronation?! At least I'm recognized ya ol' coger!" She hadn't been so insulted in her entire life, and by a fellow Kirkland too! She had to bite her lip hard enough to force herself not to cry nor to run away, she just felt so betrayed and wounded.
