Sheena looked back at Cain, Sheena looked forward. "He only spoke of the ring." She said softly, confused now. Of course, the guards would search him to look for the gem. Sheena remained silent and bowed, looking back at Azriel. She hoped the girl would try and appear less like the being they were searching for. Sheena wasnt quite sure she could lie to the king. This might have proven a problem. Sheena cursed herself for not thinking about Azriels safety before entering the castle. She hoped the attention would remain on the thief in question. "If this boy proves innocent, I will have search parties set up to hunt for your lost gem, your highness." She said, looking up at him. She really wished Zelos were here. He had power almost equal to the king, and his devious mind would come up with a way to keep them out of trouble if they were in the wrong. ....The chief of Mizuho, and the friend of the heart...

The elf seemed awkward as the guards searched him. Finding nothing but a couple of daggers, the guards stood back and addressed the king. "He seems not to hold the jewel of which you speak, Your Highness."
"Was there any moment that he could have hid the artifact during his escaped."
"If he did, we would have seen him."
Cain mumbled softly to himself, "I'm surprised you could see anything doing what you were doing."
The king grumbled to himself. "Very well, but until the thief is found I'd like someone to watch over this one. Sheena, would you be so kind as to do that for me? Until the true thief is caught?"

Just as the others where leaving the group of guards ran in and bowed before the king panting and weezing. The brothers sat outside on the steps of the cathedral next to the castle, knowing that they caused a problem that might have been better off not doing, until they were about to leave this world and move on to the next.

As soon the king made his orders and Sheena agreed with them, Kruhk slowly stood with his head still lowred to the king until he turns around and follows right behind Sheena. "So what do you want us to do?" Kruhk asked silently, making sure that Cain doesn't listen to them.

Before following, Azriel too gave a respectful bow before she left the chamber. She sighed with relief, then looked around to make sure the guards weren't watching her. They believed Sheena when she said Azriel wasn't the one they were looking for, so they didn't pay her too much attention to her. Feeling secure at last, she relaxed her wings, slowly and discreetly setting them lower. Holding them stiff throughout her knelt-down position gave them a bit of a cramp.

Cain made a quick half bow and ran after the group, stopping in front of them and made another half bow to them. "I haven't formally introduced myself. Seeing as we might be traveling together for awhile, I might should do that." He ignored the guards that ran in earlier. "My name is Cain, the next heir to the title of Elder in Heimdall, the village of the elves. How's it going?" He smiled.

Lee bowed before leaving with the rest of the team. Listening to Cain, surprised her a bit. She would have never guessed, that this guy, would be the next heir to the title of Elder in Heimdall.

Azriel's left eye twitched and she maintained her silent, deadpan expression as she heard Cain admit that. Her inner selves echoed her thoughts.
Chiaro crossed her arms and huffed. "Hmph. Why does he decide to bring that to light now all of a sudden? Does he expect that to make everything all right?"
Oscuro laughed heartily and slapped her thigh. "HA! Ahahah! After all he's said, if he expects a degree of respect, he's got another thing coming."
For a moment, Azriel covered her mouth with her hand, sighed, closed her eyes, and gave them the faintest nod of agreement.
When she opened her eyes, she rubbed her chin and furrowed her brow in thought as she stared at the ground, contemplating between leaving the group until Cain could be released and staying. On one hand, if someone doesn't sit well with Chiaro and Oscuro, they don't sit well with her either. She highly valued their intuition more than anyone's because they have kept her in a safe zone for the most part. With a close call like that earlier, she wasn't willing to fall under risk again. On the other hand, it might be safer to stay around someone like Sheena. If she wandered about alone and ran into someone who either knew or could figure out the truth, what could she do then? Her next safest option would be to stay outside of the city, but that was no fun. And what if there were a festival like Kruhk had been expecting?
It was already annoying enough that she could never enter Sybak and Asgard again, and to add Meltokio to the list would be just depressing.

Sheena growled as they left, and the boy came up in front of them. "If you have so much responsibility, you shouldn't go around stealing from kings, even if it was a small and pointless ring. Im sure if you had of waited for an audiance with him, he would have simply given it back." She said, her tone cold as she continued walking again. Sheena of course, was only so angry because it reminded her of Zelos's betrayal in a way. Somehow, that lit a very angry little spark inside her. Sighing, and focusing on cooling down, she walked ahead, only turning back to ask. "Where are we off to now? Were in Meltokio, and I believe some of you had business there. ....The chief of Mizuho, and the friend of the heart... (Thanks guys! Your little plot twists have been keeping the thread rolling where as I cannot think of a single exciting thing to bring int yet.. kinda blocked.. So thanks for helping out! :3 )

As Sheena ignored Kruhk's question, it made his mind shatter over the fact that he got ignored. And when Cain said something about being 'royalty'? Or something like that. Why couldn't he just ask for it back. Royalty to royalty? But Sheena's response was a smack in the head. She looked like a kind honorable person just with one glance. Who knew she'd be this cold. "Wha-? Aren't you goin to help this guy Sheena? After all...it sort of falls under our responsiblity for helping him, don't it?"

Lee took a few steps away from Sheena. Lee knew she could summon, and she did not wish to end up like Kruhk. "I agree with Kruhk, I mean, it is our responsibility to watch over him." Lee quickly glanced over at Cain, and back towards Sheena, "Besides, we need to make sure that he wasn't the one who stole that jewl or whatever it was the king is after."

"Well we should head out of the City soon they'll be looking for us soon enough." said Oro as he stood up and taking an apple from the pack at his waist.
"Aww, already,"Schwarz sounded disappointed as he made his way in front of his brother, Schwarz now had his back towards the group that just left the castle, "can't we blow something up before we leave the city?"
"What is it with you and blowing stuff up lately!" Oro shouted as he threw the apple he held at his brother, missing by an inch of from his head, and sailed towards the group hitting one of them in the back in the head. Oro stood in disbelief that he missed his intended target, while Schwarz snickered madly at his twin's screw up.
(I don't know who I should have hit sorry. Also these guys always seem to carry fruit for some reason sweatdrop )

You should ask around... Cain, we need to hear more about this crystal thing, and tell us about your break in. It may have clues to the other thief, assuming there is one." She said, nodding. "Kruhk, Lee, can you please watch over Cain for now? We will meet at the inn.. Azriel, do you mind if we talk?" She asked, knowing it would be rude to intrude on her life. She didnt seem to mind interrogating Cain yet, as she didnt trust him, but Azriel was already a friend, and that made Sheena hesitate to ask questions. ....The chief of Mizuho, and the friend of the heart...

Ninth of May is really trying to think of a way to get Kratos in, but he says he's still pretty stuck. xD;;
@Lord Lee Major: Yeah I realized that came as a surprise to me now, seeing as they're wolf spirits. xD As for who that hits in the head, I'm placing my guesses on Kruhk, Cain, or Tyv. xD))
Azriel blinked, her attention stolen away from her train of thoughts, and she looked to Sheena attentively. "Hmm? Sure, I don't mind at all. I'm in no rush to get anywhere," she replied calmly, stepping closer to her.
Sheena sounded like she wanted to get into a personal discussion, but Azriel really had no qualms with it. She had been around Sheena enough to see her as trustworthy, and her inner selves thought the same of her. Whereas Cain, on the other hand...she had a feeling he would interrogate again now that the guards are out of the way. Even if he were to bring it up in a private place, she still wouldn't feel comfortable explaining it because she hadn't built that much of a trust for him yet. It didn't help either that Chiaro and Oscuro still viewed him as a jerk.
