She looked at him and without a second thought, walked into the room. She should be happy, her goal would be reached. He had kept his promise. Asuard smiled at him warmly and closed the door behind her.

Athyln nor Ruckas had quite done what they said she was not some damn servant that would do his will Ruckas had left and Athyln had in the end went up to her rooms. Though the neck morning when Ruckas came back it would start again. Sometime it started early that morning.
Athyln's door was seal locked from her and she banged on the door yelling at Ruckas who she had known done it. "You Bas---! Come open this door now!"
"No you will try to go find him and we can't have that Athyln." He said smoothly enough.
It wouldn't stop her screaming until it would wake up the rest of the house.

Asuard was waken by Athlyn's screaming and banging of the door. She sat up and looked around lazily, "I knew it was not yet solved..." She nudged Bran to wake up too.

Having entered the house which Athlyn resided within, this figure was as silent as he trained himself to be. Having used the flat of a blade to look about the corner, he could see Ruckus. It looks like the entrance to Athlyn's room is blocked. So, he would stand at full, sheathing that lock pickers knife into his belt. He would draw a short, thick bladed sword out from its sheath at his side, and in his left hand he would hold a curved dagger. All of his weapons seem to have ancient runes inscribed upon them, all of them for slaying winged creatures. "All of that sneaking around for nothin'.." He tilts his head aside a bit as he dexterously spins that dagger in hand. "I thought I could ignore you and you'd go away, but it turns out I'll have to kill you so you go away."

Ruckas only smiled backing up from him. "I have done nothing that was not already done. You should be glad she is locked safely there instead of running back to Victor." He tilted his head slightly. "I am impressed you figured out how to get out of that hole in one piece but then you have always impressed."

He would stand with his left shoulder facing Ruckus, his arm bent at the elbow so that his dagger points towards him. His right arm is stretched out directly behind him, that sword pointing away from him. His single, dark eye would watch the enemy a moment before his voice is heard. "I don't live to impress. You can talk as much as you'd like when you're dead."

Ruckas shook his head slightly. "I am not going to let you kill me." He had backed up and was near a window, "I am unarmed and have done nothing to warant your anger or have you gone mad as well?" Then he dove out wings spread knowing that he could not follow.

He had been waiting.. Waiting to kill Ruckus for a good couple hundred years now. That single eye of his would close as he shakes his head, both weapons disappearing home into their sheathes. Having heard Athlyn making noise, he would unlock the door she was banging on, pushing it open.

Athyln stood strighter seeing him she embraced him as soon as the door opened. She burried her face in his chest. "I am sorry.. . so very sorry.." She said it over and over so glad that he was still alive more than anything. She didn't say anything other than that really. They hadn't come to help her Bran and Asuard had not which to her meant they believed what Ruckas had said about her.

He wanted to scream right now, his head was going to explode and he had to hold the urge of wanting to stab her gut while she was so close to him like this. But he stood where he was, that usual callousness visible upon the outside as he lacks emotion for the time being. After some time of her sobbing, he would speak. "I'm not very good at anything besides hunting and killing anymore, I'm going to go after Ruckus tomorrow, and I'm going to cut his heart out."

It wasn't his words not he had always said things like that to her, it was his movements. She looked up to him stepping back from him. She then looked away not answearing her. Before he had forgiven her, that would not be the case this time.. it wouldn't be and that fact was ripping her a part. Victor had done it again, shatterd what little pieces that had tried to salvage. It wasn't fair, why had she went? She couldn't remember.. she felt sick again sick from thinking about it. Then she spoke taking her mind from it.. from all of it. "Ruckas, why did he..?.. Is he working with..?"

Bran lazily just brought a arm around her stomach pulling her close "Ill deal with it in a minute." He said smirking at her half asleep

She laid back down and turned to him. Asuard brushed her fingers through his hair and smiled, "That would be fine by me." She kissed him on the forehead and said, "But didn't you promise to protect Athlyn? It's not me to say this, but it sounds like you're not doing your job correctly, Bran. She's out there, and she believes Ruckus betrayed her...I personally don't care about any of this, as long as I have you...but I don't want you to just ignore this matter, they were your friends, weren't they?" She smiled, not knowing why she would tell him to go out there now, she didn't like Athlyn, because she was now a monster. She didn't want to know Bran would go back on his promises though. Asuard placed a gentle arm on him and closed her eyes.

Bran kissed her softly before getting up bringing the covers over her "I know Ill go handle it give me a second." He said leaning down to kiss her once more "You stay here." He said playfully

Asuard opened her eyes after his last kiss and nodded with a cheerful smile. "I'll be waiting," she said closing her eyes again.
