"Of corse dear now hold on." Phantom puts her hands over Songs eyes, she mermers some old language and takes her hands off Songs eyes. "Now open your eyes."

she opend her eyes, then closed them again tightly.
slowly she started to be able to see, every time she opend her eyes she could see a little bit better.
finaly, when she could keep her eyes open she looked around wildly. " oh... look at that thingy..." she reached down slowly and stroked the bedspread. " i think.. this is blue. but.. this is lighter than that blue.." she looked at Hera then Phantom. " is there more than one blue? or.. or more than one pink and purple?"

"There are many shades of one color. Look at Hera and tell me what you see." Phantom is sitting on the floor infront of Song now, looking at Song."

.she noded, then looked at Hera. " she is sorta... silverish. but she has some blue and some frosty grey.. she is pritty." Song giggled happily.
she saw him with her mind first, then she turned around and saw her brother at the now open window. she couldnt think for a moment, she could always tell when he was near.. but she never knew what he had looked like. he had darker purple, almost black, hair down past his shoulders. and the same purple eyes that she did. And, he looked just as shocked as she did when she said in a daze. " your hair is pritty brother... i couldnt see it.." she ran to him and he swept her into a hug, holding her tightly he began talking quickly.
" where have you been Song Bird.. i went home and no one knew where you had gone.. i travel all night to find you in a human building.. and you can see!" he looked at Phantom, then Hera. moveing quickly he pulled Song behind him and backed tward the window, intending to leave as quickly as possible. " i thank you, for takeing care of my sister. im sorry if she caused you any trouble.. ill pay for anything broken.."
Song pulled away from him and ran behind Phantom. " no Dius.. i want to stay.. Phantom is my friend.. " she looked pleadingly at Phantom and Hera. " please can i stay.. for even just a little bit longer?"

Phantom glares at Song's brother in hate. "Like I said before sweetie, you can stay as long as you like." Phantom turns away from him not wanting to look at his face any longer.

Song blinked at Phantom, then her brother. she just watched.. she didnt like what was happening but she knew she had to let it play out.. at least for now.
Sidius straited up and watched the woman Song had called Phantom.
he was about to stiffly tell her off for leting his sister stay where he didnt know if she was protected or not when he realized who she was. he bit back a curse, and keeping is tone level so he would not scare Song he murmerd to Phantom. " i know you. and i know what i did to you. i let the thirst build up for so long.. by the time i tried to calm myself it was to late. all i remember of you is seeing you almost dead, and i couldnt handle that i had done that to an innocent person. i ran.... when i should have stayed and helped you.. i ran." he looked at Song, and noted the way she was still looking around curiusly at things. he sighed. " but i cant help the past.. and im not like that anymore. my sister is gifted, and she took my hunger away. im not the beast i was, and i dont think you ever turned into a beast. as i see it you are the better of us. you helped my sister, knowing who she was. you even gave her sight... for however short a time.." Sidius looked at Phantom, and did something he wouldnt do for anyone. he bowed his head, and murmerd sadly. " im sorry.. for anything i caused you.." Song looked at a shiny gold thing that was on the dresser. takeing a step closer she looked at it from side to side, seeing it was a locket of some kind she picked it up and showed it to Hera with a sweet smile. " look Hera.. its got little flowers in it."

Phantom looked up at him then started to cry. "You left me in great pain, I don't know if I can ever forgive you for doing that." Phantom sat on the ground and covered her face with her hands still crying.
"That is very pretty Song, open it and see what is in it. I think I may have seen it before." Hera looks at the locket curiously.

Song looked up alertly, but her brother beat her to Phantom so she did as Hera told her to. opening the locket she gasped in wonder. a picture was in it. she sat on the floor and held it for Hera to see. " i wonder who that is... she is pritty.. but looks sad."
Sidius was next to her in an instant, carfuly he wraped his arms around her and rocked her gently. he always did this when Song was upset, and it seemed to help her so he would try with Phantom. he gravely noded at what she had said. " i did. i know i did, i ran and left you half in and half out of the vampire world. later i am guesing you did turn all the way, but i would never have the nerve to ask for forgiveness. what i have done has haunted me... but i cant change what happend. when i first saw you, my thaughts were to protect you from the other vampire. he was stalking you and managed to cut you... in my arrogance i thought i could control my hunger and tryed to interven. i chased him off, but ended up hurting you instead in my ignorance." he sighed and watched Song with a little dragon, his heart constricting at what he had caused Phantom. " i never ment to hurt anyone.. what i was i could not control. i had myself locked in my own castle for almost a year after i did that to you, then Song took my hunger from me. i didnt know what had happend to you, so i left it at that. i know what happend now." he waited until her crying seemed to slow, he was still rocking her lightly as he waited for her sign of understanding. " i know you will not forgive me, and i wont ask you to. i know what i have done is unforgiveable. but i will ask you to think about this... as a vampire, how many people have you met? how many have you helped and had a chance to talk to. what i did was cruel, yes. but did some good not come of it?"
Song had listend to him.. her head was tilted away but she was paying attention. she had not known exactly what had set him off the night he had come home coverd in his own blood and raveing about how he was evil. she had helped him... she had just learned how to.. but she couldnt understand that Phantom was the one he had hurt... why would he? what could she have done... she was to nice... was her brother realy evil before she had helped him...

Phantom stops crying after a while. She understands what he was saying and felt bad for him. "There was another? I don't remember another vampire." Phantom is confused.
"It is Edward's locket. That is his mate there, her name is Lily. She wants to be like her mate but doesnt know how to change back."

Song blinked then noded delightedly.
" i can help her.. in an old library i learned how to help people.. i helped my brother, so he wont eat anyone.. " she tilted her head, still not used to looking with her eyes first. " could i help her Hera? if it would make her happy i will.."
Sidius noded once. " the other one is still alive. he has been in this part of the land and i have been hunting him... he is planing something. that is why i was so worried about Song... he would hurt her just for fun, then he would kill me for.. our not so friendly past." he stood and leaned against the wall as he watched Song. he talked lowly to Phantom. " i have not seen her this happy sense she was little and passed her sword at arms training... im happy she is happy."

"Do you remember his name? I want to know the name of the man that started all this for me." Phantom looked up at him wanting to know the name of the man that started everything before him. "She doesn't have long, and if she wants to I can make it last longer but it would never be permanent, not until I can figure it out."

he shook his head, still watching his sister. " no.. she was born to her own world. she see's people for how they are, not what they look like. i couldnt take that away from her." he sighed and turned to the window.
" i need to go.. Song is safe here, i know that. i have a hunt to finish." he looked up at the moon with the same look his little sister had had eairlier.
he said something quietly, his fangs flashing in the moon's light as he said it in his and Songs birth language. then he steped forward and left, disappearing into the moons shadow.
Song giggled and tilted her head, smileing cutely at Hera. "ok. then lets meet her." she jumped up and in her exitment fell backwards onto the bed. she heard her brother say something, and she made a weird face.
" who is Ferdin? i dont know him... Brother?" she looked around, her eyesight leaveing her. she blinked a couple of times, then tuned her mind where her brother had been. he was gone, she couldnt feel him anymore so she went to Phantom and tilted her head. " who is Fardin?"

Phantom watches him leave and then turns to face Song. "The man that may have made me what I am. Can you still see sweetie?" Phantom looks at Song and smiles.

"hmm mm. " she shook her head and giggled. " no, but thank you for letting me. i didnt know what Dius looked like before."
she tilted her head and fiddled with a ring on her finger. " but.. i know somebody who would know if Farin was here. he knows anybody that comes near here, and he keeps track of them... do you want to meet him? he might beable to help you Phantom." Song tilted her head. " then we can meet lily lady and make her happy."

"Yes, I would like to meet him. That would be very sweet of you to help Lily and when she comes back We can do that for her. What is that, on your finger?" Phantom watches Song play with the ring on her finger curiously.
