Junoe's upper body was pitched forward when he slammed into her, and she landed on her back, but only briefly she felt Zen turn her about. She hadn't cared he'd caught her until he straddled her back and pulled her arms up over her head. With that little addition a growl trickled from her throat at him when he whispered to her, but it was cut abruptly short as the weight was relieved. Zen was hefted off her back and after a moment of surprise she pushed herself up, looking at Jun. He'd remembered her.
Walking forward, she placed her hands on her hips and took him in, up and down, the look scrutinizing. "Hi you." She said with a devious grin, ignoring Zenharu as he seethed off to the side about being so rudely interrupted in his gloating.

Zen jumped up immediately, a little growl escaped his throat from being so rudely pulled away. He glared at this male who kept him from getting what he wanted. "You know him Junoe?" He walked over and stood next to Junoe, looking this male up and down. Zen's fangs were revealed a bit, he was still a bit angry.

"Long time no see..." Jun said with a sly smile. "Anything specific you want done with this thing? Or can i chuck it and/or blast it to smithereens?" he said, referring to Zen as the 'thing'. after the bizarre personality swap between him and his brother, Jun would probably be coming off as strange and different from the catboy Junoe had helped out some years back.

"Thing?!" Zen let out a much louder growl this time. "I'd love to see you try you rodent." His ears and tails showed up as he growled, it was harder to concentrate when he was angry, so the illusion went away and his nine tails appeared behind him and his fox ears perked up on his head. "Junoe, give me a good reason not to rip this cocky a*****e into 5 pieces." He made his claws obvious on his hand, and his other was on the scythe attached to his back.

"Ah, i believe the correct term is 'feline'..." Jun corrected him, ignoring the threats. "You might want to get your eyes checked if you're mistaking me for a little mouse." he said as tail flicked about, eager that things just got interesting.

He stood back up right again, keeping his hand on his scythe, but letting his other hand fall to his side. "Lesser beings just seem to blur together so much, I confuse the two all the time." He was letting out his proud side, the true kitsune in him was actually quite egotistical, but he hated that side of him so much he usually acted the opposite. But when he was mad, he didn't care enough, so it reared it's ugly head.

Junoe watched in silence during the conversation quickly turning into an argument. She'd known as soon as he said it that Zen would definitely not be happy to be referred to in the way Jun had just now.
It was dawning on her, though, that Jun wasn't quite acting himself. In fact, things were very much an opposite.
Clearing her throat to get their attention before this little argument could turn into something uglier, she made the choice to step in between them, putting Zenharu behind her and facing Jun.
"I know 'boys will be boys', but I'd like it if you two would behave. Play nice." She looked back at Zen over her shoulder halfway through her words to make sure he knew she was addressing both of them seriously.
Junoe looked back towards Jun and studied him, ignoring the crawling feeling telling her something was wrong here. "Touch the kitsune and your head will come off. And nice to see you again. You look good. Fairing well?"

"Between a few brawls and our very own dawn of the dead, not bad..." Jun said cracking his neck a bit. "...considering i havent wound up beaten to a pulp like when you found me..." he said with a smile as he looked back at Junoe. "Speaking of which, i still owe you for that. So how's my favorite little vampire been these past few years?"

Zen walked up closer behind Junoe and rested his hands on her hips. He looked at the male from behind Junoe and smirked a toothy smirk. He was relaxed though, even with the way she said it, it worked wonders and calmed him down instantly.

Junoe stiffened a bit when she felt Zen's hands on her, but she didn't shrug him off physically: she just treated it more like a little kid (for he was still her fledgling after all) clinging to her from behind.
She relaxed again and looked at Jun, ignoring how smug Zen was being. She ignored the part about owing her, because she didn't quite see it as something he owed, and scowled at him for the title. She was short, yes. Obviously.
"Playing the school scene a while. If I ever go back to another school, I swear to the gods I am not going to attempt pretending to be a student again. They'll just have to settle for a very young looking teacher or they get null." She complained at him. "Not that I can stand to be still for too long. What brings you to this area?" She asked the question but looked back at Zen somewhat questioningly, either asking him why he was doing that with peeved gaze, or trying to comprehend why he was just sitting back and listening to the two of them talk.

"Meh...Tried to get away from my annoying brother, as usual, but that kind of backfired." Jun said scratching his head with a sigh. "He's in town now, though now he seems to be the little kitten hiding out from big, bad brother. Other then that, you've just missed toxic tin men, two rounds of the living dead, and some vampire-esque guy out for a little mouse in particular, but she ran into hiding too."
