Edward snarled slightly then he reminded himself to keep calm. "Don't go cause of him, Kiara. You were here first and if anyone needs to go it would be him."

Edward shot an incredulous look at Kiara. "Fine..." he grumbled, " Vlad...can you hear any of the Black Void's thoughts?" He hated that he had to ask Vlad's help on something that he was quite experience with. And he knew that Vlad must have noticed the resistence in his tone.

Vlad seemed rather pleased. "Wow thanks KirKir, for having a little faith in me." He concentrated a long moment. He looked back up. "I can't pick up much. I just know Sakura, that one girl, and the leader are together talking, but I can't tell about what. They are a good ways away it seems."

"A good 10, 20 miles, but that is just an estimate." He was extremely pleased that he had acually upset Edward, and Kiara was acually kinda on his side. He smirk was wider than ever.
