Shizuka was about to use telepathy to tell Amaya what she wanted to say, but the fact that her spirit ally wasn't there got her to sweatdrop.
"Fine, I'll keep it a secret as long as I can." Amaya tried to sort things out through her head.

Faust gripped his knees. "Then she is no longer alive... how unfortunate. I... I wish I could have known her." his voice caught, and he didn't speak for about a minute. When he spoke again, it was in a clipped monotone. "My daughter's name was Marie. She was a perfect child, a beautiful girl, and Eliza and I couldn't have been more proud. She died suddenly when she was two months old; someone had come through the window and stopped her breath while she slept. But I knew that her soul was somewhere else, given a second chance, because when two people love each other as much as Eliza and I did... the resulting soul can only be flawless. It cannot die."

But she still holds a grudge to three certain people, and I seriously don't blame her for it..." Amaya's eyes darkened, remembering the people who her shaman despised and those incidents that led to it.
