Coffin didn't nod (understandable, since technically he didn't have a neck), but seemed to understand.
Shadow led Trinity to their room so they could gather their things, then spoke softly to her. "I... do have an idea as to why you're so sick; I just didn't want to tell you until we were in private." He glanced down at the bump in her belly. "I want you to do me a favor and use your Aura-sense... but focus it inward, not outward." Frankly, he was pretty much sure what the problem was, but getting her opinion on the matter probably wouldn't hurt.
...Well, it wouldn't hurt the baby/babies, anyway - he was still convinced she was going to castrate him for knocking her up.

Trust: 77 (Obscenely Trusting)
Affection: 91 (Inseparable)
Trauma: 60 (Scarred)
Restraint: 50 (Neutral)
Perks:
Big Brother - Shadow has become protective of a Pokémon or person, viewing them as a younger sibling. Trauma and Restraint checks may get bonuses or penalties if said Pokémon or person is involved. Certain checks may even be passed or failed automatically. Current Siblings - Torch the Torchic, Saph the Squirtle

Telepathic Communication: Shadow is capable of communicating with others via telepathy. Should Trust drop below 25, Affection drop below 0, or Trauma rise above 100, he will stop using this ability until the offending stat is corrected.

Human Tongue: Shadow is capable of communicating in English. Should Trust drop below 50, Affection drop below 20, or Trauma rise above 100, he will stop using this ability until the offending stat is corrected.

Stable Aura: Shadow's Aura no longer induces fear in Pokémon, and fellow Dark-types will now automatically view him as a friend, if not borderline worship him. Should Trauma rise above 80, this perk will be lost until it lowers back to 80.

Aura Arsenal (Sub-Perk of Stable Aura): Due to his Aura's new stability, Shadow is now capable of manipulating his Aura, creating Aura-based attacks that do not take up moveslots. Should Stable Aura be lost or otherwise made void, this perk will be disabled as well. Techniques:
- Aura Flare: Shadow flares his aura, dispelling binding/anti-escape moves (Bind, Whirlpool, Mean Look, etc.) and knocking away nearby opponents. Direct damage is negligible, however.
- Aura Skate: Shadow applies Aura to his feet as a sort of padding, allowing him to glide an inch or so above the ground across both liquid and solid surfaces with speeds he normally wouldn't be able to achieve due to friction. This technique also negates the effect of slippery or sticky surfaces. However, Shadow must be in constant motion while using this technique; if he stops, the Aura padding will fail to support his body weight, and he will stop hovering.
- Aura Berserker: Shadow overloads his entire body with Aura, increasing his power and speed to impressive levels and fully healing him at the cost of Defense and Special Defense; in addition, the technique has a time limit of 5 minutes, after which the strain of channeling that much Aura throughout his body will render him unconscious. Attempting to use this technique beyond the five-minute limit may result in severe and potentially lethal injuries. While using this Aura technique, he cannot use Dark Sphere or any other Aura Arsenal techniques with the exception of Aura Flare, since most of his Aura is channeled throughout his body and the rest is leaking out around him. (WARNING - This technique cannot be controlled until Shadow has the following stats: 40 Trauma, 75 Restraint, level 40. Until then, it will only activate under dire circumstances, and it will usually cause him to lose himself to his instincts, making him attack anything he perceives as a threat (and possibly a few things that he doesn't).)

Improvisation: Shadow can now invent unique attacks based off his existing move set, observation of others' attacks, instinct, or outright improvising. If he forgets a move, he cannot use any variations or combinations using that move unless he later remembers said move. Improvised, observation-based, and instinct-based moves take up moveslots, but variation and combination moves do not.
- Dark Sphere (Instinctive): Dark Sphere is similar to Aura Sphere, but is super-effective against Psychic-types and Ghost-types, normally effective against Dark-types, and even less effective than a normal Aura Sphere against Fairy-types. Should Trauma rise above 60, Shadow will become incapable of using it due to the corresponding increase in his Aura's instability.

Aura Tutor: Shadow is now capable of teaching Trinity and other Pokémon to use Aura. The ones that have the highest chance of being able to learn from him are Fighting-types and Pokémon capable of learning Aura Sphere. Students: Trinity

Mega Evolution (Deactivated): You have a Key Stone and Dark Lucarionite. At ≥90 Trust, ≥90 Affection, ≤50 Trauma, and ≥25 Restraint, Shadow can Mega Evolve.

Trinity looked at Shadow confused, "Ok, sweetheart. I'll do it." She said closing her eyes then using her aura. Her aura glowed around her body as she focused the power through her body looking it over. Trinity almost missed it but paused at her stomach. She confusedly saw three auras. "Shadow, what is th-" She cut herself off as her brain thought of what they were. Her whole mind shut down. All mental power were in a great debate on wither to castrate him or kiss him senseless. A smaller part was panicking on how to tell her parents.

"...I take it it is pregnancy, then?" He eyed her warily, waiting for her reaction... even as he instinctively crossed his legs slightly to make his private parts harder to get to. "...Please don't castrate me."

Trinity narrowed her eyes at Shadow. Next minute, the female trainer punched him in the gut for getting her pregnant then she was pulling his head thingies to kiss him for getting her pregnant. "You are so going to die by my father." She said kissing him again. "But hopefully you survive to help me with the three little ones that are slowly making their auras known." Trinity said pulling him into another kiss.

Shadow couldn't answer, since he was a little too busy being kissed senseless at the moment... and, admittedly, because the unexpected punch to the gut had knocked the wind out of him, rendering him physically incapable of speech at the moment. Still, after getting a moment to recover, he began kissing her back, deciding not to ruin the moment with thoughts of his impending doom.

Trinity pulled back from the kiss to happily continue to pack up. "Come on Shadow, Coffin is waiting. Once we get to the next town, I need to call my family." She said they weren't just making out. "Let's not keep the others waiting." She said smiling opening the door.

Shadow blinked as he regained his bearings, then nodded, starting to follow his Trainer and girlfriend. "Right."
Once they were all gathered and gave Coffin the okay, the Cofagrigus began leading them in a seemingly random direction. "Seemingly" was the keyword, however; soon they were at the Nugget Bridge, and once they were in the middle of the bridge, Cofagrigus stopped, seeming to search for something. After a moment, he reached under the bridge and pushed against a certain plank, and a set of steps rose out of the water leading up to the side of one of the two massive plateaus on either side of the bridge. A portion of the stone wall that composed the side of said plateau opened, revealing the entrance to another secret Team Rocket base.

(Or at least I'm assuming it's a plateau, since on the Bulbapedia map the top looks too flat to be a mountain... honestly, not sure.)

Coffin was unaffected by her wariness, however, instead pointing into the base. "Cofagrigus."
Shadow nodded slightly in understanding, relaxing slightly. "He says the experiment we're looking for is in there, and that it connects to the Underground Path, so we won't have to detour." he translated, still on his guard - after all, they were about to enter a Team Rocket base, being on guard was just the smart thing to do.
"Cofa." It glanced over at them. "Cofagrigus. Grigus."
"He also says that he can't go in with us, since technically he's supposed to have left his Trainer a couple of years back, and that if they see him they'll realize that was just a ruse. Then his Trainer will get in more trouble than he already is and they won't be able to pass on information anymore," Shadow translated before blinking. "Wait, what do you mean? Is he already in trouble?"
However, rather than clarifying, Coffin simply vanished into thin air like the Ghost-type he was, leaving them to conduct their rescue.
Rex blinked a moment, then shrugged. "Well, come on then - let's go!" With that, he headed towards the entrance with a cheerful, enthusiastic demeanor that didn't fit the situation at all.

Trinity took a deep breath before stepping in to the base. She took her hand off her bump and closed her jacket. She looked like she did when entering a gym, confident and ready. Shadow nodded, following the others in.
This secret base was exactly the same as the last one in appearance; the only difference was the layout of the place. Fortunately, they probably wouldn't be needing a map; instead, Shadow extended his Aura Sense, searching for whatever poor soul was being used as an experiment for Team Rocket.
Rex, however, used his own method of locating the experiment: heading down one of the many hallways there and hoping it was the right one. Ironically enough, it was.

Shadow looked slightly put out that they weren't using his method, but nevertheless followed. Soon they came to a room similar to that of the other experiments' cells: completely bare except for a table meant to have someone or something strapped to it, and a cell containing the experiment they were looking for.
Whereas Shadow lingered outside the room a moment, hesitating - which was understandable, considering his reaction to seeing Rex's cell - Rex practically barged in, heading over to the cell to see who or what the experiment they were rescuing was.

New New Evergreen Goblin

Trinity smiled at Shadow until they came upon the room. She kissed his cheek then walked in to the room. She looked in to the cells. When she got to Rex, "So is anyone in here?" She asked him.
In the back of the cage, a shiny Ralts cried as she tried to hide in her blanket from the new people. She had a scar going across her face.Team Rocket fused the mega stone in to her chest so when she evolves it evolved with her gaining more power. The end game was to have an over powered Mega Gardevoir.
