"They did! I'm about two months due to that speedo I drank thinking it was orange juice." She told him giggling slightly as his hands tickled her.

"I am just kidding. I did drop by to see you a couple of times but you were busy." She shrugged. "Remember, it is not so uncommon among my kind." The shifter laughed and patted her belly fondly. "You should feel this. If you thought it was amazing before...this is even more remarkable."

She reached out to support him too, the last thing she wanted him to do was to tumble in and possibly land on top of her. Still, it was tempting to take advantage of the situation with him so close like this. The shifter had grown quite fond of him in their short time together. At the question about a hoof, Cue grinned. "Quite possibly." Any number of things were possible after all.

"Between five and six months, yes. Which leaves around two to go." Given the nature of growth shifter pregnancies tended to be a bit shorter than human. And no, she did not mind at least at least not when it was him. Others might not have gotten the same sort of open invitation. "I might still get a little bigger yet, it is all up to them." Within the next months worth of growth they would finally settle into whatever their preferred shape would be.

Oh, hell. This was too good a chance to pass up! It might take some careful maneuvering but she leaned over, pressing her lips to his. If he wasn't interested then that would be alright, friendship was just as good, it just couldn't hurt to try.

"It is something I have learned from being other species. Sometimes being forward is necessary." His blushing made her grin. One hand came up to cup his chin gently, her thumb caressing his jaw. "However, I do understand what 'no' means. So if you decide you would rather just be friends that is also alright. Though you aren't a bad kisser." That was certainly something she could appreciate.

She nodded and drew her hand away. The next move was his, if he wanted to make it. "I may not need it, but I do want and enjoy it." Cue settled back against the tub side, looking up at him again. "Humans and your gender binary. There is not much difference between the two, just brain chemicals and the way skin developed. Still, if it helps you, think of me as a female." The shifter was rarely, if ever, male lately anyway.

Cue enjoyed his company as well, very much so. "There are such things as babysitters, you know." She leaned into his touch. "It will last, yes, but not for as long as you might think. Pure blooded shifters grow quickly. A couple of months they will be what you call toddlers...and teenagers in just over a year. One is not quantified as an adult however until their body matures enough to conceive." Often young shifters did not realize they were able to conceive until a spontaneous pregnancy occurred. "Quick growth was a necessary thing when my kind used to live far shorter lives than we do now. Now it is more of a luxury."
