Sneasel heard a clunk. She looked behind her. "AAH! BLOSSOM!" She ran over and poked her. No response. "Uhh...Jiko, get some water? Not the salty kind. WATER!"

"JIKO! ARGHH!" She kicked him in the side, to make sure he wasn't joking. "Grr..." She glanced at Blossom, then glanced at Jiko, then screamed. Then, in a mild panic, she raced into the bar and fetched two bottles of water. She ran back into the hall and attempted to get Blossom to drink the water. It didn't really work, it just dribbled down her face. Sneasel groaned. "Why me?"

She breathed a slight sigh of relief. "GOOD! It's bad enough one person fainting, but two!" She got tired of trying to make Blossom drink the water, so she poured it on her face. "Think that helped?"

Blossom sat up slowly. She was shivering cold. She looked around to see who was there. "Why am I all wet? And why am I on the floor?" She stood up slowly, regaining her footing and trying to figure out what was going on.

She pointed to Jiko. "He had the bottle of water." She kicked the water bottle out of the way. "Are you alright now, Blossom?" She smiled and helped her get off thr ground.

"Yeah, thanks Sneasel. I'm alright." She looked around the room, smiling at how clean it was. Then she saw the puddle. She sighed, "I'll get the mop..."

Awakened by all the commotion, Fresnel opened her eyes groggily and noticed that Jiko had returned, and was smirking, in spite of some apparent pain in his side, which he was rubbing. Sneasel looked flustered, and Blossom was standing shakily, shivering and wet. For pity's sake, what was going on in this madhouse?
Fresnel groaned and stood up. She brushed away the thick shock of hair that had fallen across her eyes while she was sleeping and took a better look at the scene.
"Jiko, what is going on?" she wondered aloud. She took a step toward him and hit a wet spot. In the moment before she thudded to the floor, she saw Blossom step toward her, mop in hand, her face frozen in surprise. Then she hit the floor with a fairly undignified thump.

"Aw Crap, I'm dead meat now," Blossom muttered to herself as she rushed to help Fresnel. "Are you okay? I was just on my way to clean the flood here. Damn, I should have been faster. Here, let me help you up." She offered her arm to the lady on the floor. Somehow, the mop had become magicked to start doing the work itself.

Fresnel allowed herself to be helped up by Blossom, but she was feeling mean, her dignity injured.
"Girl, what is the meaning of this mess on the floor? Is it not your responsibility to have cleaned it up?" She had a vague sense that Jiko was also involved, but wanted to see what Blossom would say about it.

"Terribly sorry, madam. I was just on my way to clean it when you fell." Blossom couldn't look Fresnel in the eyes. "I didn't leave it messy on purpose. It was Jiko's fault anyway; he should clean it!" Blossom could tell that yet again, she found herself losing an argument.

Fresnel observed that Blossom was one of those people who felt responsible for everything, even when they were not. But she could tell by Blossom's response that Jiko was indeed behind it in some way. She waved the girl away dismissively.
"Jiko," she said, "if it's perfectly all right with you, do you think we might get on with whatever business you have in mind? Did you not summon us all here, after all?"

Blossom took the mop and began rescrubbing the floor, making sure the water was all cleaned up. She wasn't sure about the lady she had helped - she didn't even know Blossom's name! Blossom glared a few times at both Jiko and Fresnel as she mopped up the water. She tried to keep her complaints under her breath, but some of them were definitely audible, and there were many buckets slammed into the floor. Blossom wanted to be as much of a nuisance as possible. She was angry.
