Wow! That carpet with the stars and stuff looks EXACTLY like the floor of the skating rink I used to go to. It was called Skateland! lol All those pics could have been from there. rofl More songs to boogie on down with...

From late 80s to 97 we had a place here called Rollerland. Usually me, my brother a few friends would go about once a month on Saturdays. It was alot of fun. Only reason we stopped was the place shut down. The family running it decided to quit after 40 years.

Happy Birthday metal walflower!!! Can we have beer with our cake or is this not that type of skate rink/bar??? Lets see I remember couples only skate. Lights out skate.(where the whole place was done up in black light) Music like "Rollercoaster of Love" by The Ohio Players, "Get down tonight" by KC and the sunshine band. I can ever remember speed skating and dance skating, which I was pretty dang good at. smile
