she nudged his side and laughed quietly. " thats a good way for angels to talk." Xal curled up in her lap but wouldnt look at her, a stubron look on his feline face. " oh come one Xal, your still little. you couldnt win against a werewolf." he just snorted and rubed his nose on her hand, demanding to be petted. she sighed and complied, still worried. she couldnt lead anyone back to her father.. she may not know him that well.. but that didnt mean she hated him.

Later, Avarice exited, nodded to the minister and laughing lightly. "Next Saturday. Nothing formal. That's for later." He insisted, closing the door. Turning his attention towards the dark sky, he looked down, wondering if Sark and Tyler were still there. "Why, hello." He replied, cheerfully.

Xal let out a low, long hiss and Sark sighed. taping him on the back of the head she called back in a cheerfuly innocent voice. " hi, how is everything tonight?". she had learned some manners while traveling after all. and she rememberd the phrase ~" they may be evil, but you will do the right thing and be polite."~ the only problum was she wasnt sure if she was so good either.

Avarice smiled, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Why, everything is perfect. I'm going to marry the love of my life next Saturday." He replied cheerfully. He'd always respected those who were polite. "And yourself?"

His eyes narrowed at Tyler. "Such rudeness..." An echoing growl around them erupted from the shadows as many, many Lycans stepped foreword. "I'd relax, child. My troops don't approve of your 'threat'."

carfuly she put a hand on Tyler's shoulder. " Ty, its ok... trust me." she whisperd to him as she steped around his wing. she didnt offer her hand, polite was one thing but stupid was another thing entirely. and she wasnt stupid. instead she noded her head respectfuly and murmerd. "congragulations then. i hope everything is how you want it." she still had one arm wraped around Xal, and the tiger cub was stareing at Avarice. a small flaime lept up on his fur in warning, Sark not seeing it because she was looking forward.

"Interesting pyro talent you and the cub have." Avarice said, watching the cub before shifting his eyes back towards Sark. "Your fire in the cathedral was impressive." Nodding towards Sark and smiling at Tyler, he side-stepped them. "If you'd excuse me, I must get back to my fiancee. Wouldn't want her to wake without me. Goodbye, Tyler." Avarice added the last part, just to taunt.

Tyler snarled at the other Lycans his fethers ruffeling up and his wings beat once to send a back off worning. He flinched at his left wing seared with pain.

The Lycan's back away, slowly filing in behind Avarice. Their teeth were bared as they watched the there, before the soon blended into the shadows, nothing else visible but their glowing yellow eyes.

she had paled and Xal got loose from her weakend grasp, growling and hissing as he planted himself infront of Sark protectively. she shook her head and stiffend her spine, her tone deadly as she looked at the lycan's and Avarice. " you will find Fire has a nastie bite if you even think of attacking us. any one move's forward and ill set all of you off like a bottle rocket." she looked certain on the outside but on the inside she was panicing. she had no idea if they would buy the bluff, but it was worth a shot. it was true she could burn them all... but she would also end up hurting tyler if she tried.

One Lycan, a pup, hopped foreword, tackling Xal. He didn't mean any harm, just being a puppy and playfully jumped away, wagging his backside in the air, side-to-side.
