Lightface heard a far-off cry, that sounded much like Smallstar's. She remembered. "Oh, no! I forgot about Smallstar's leg!" She raced back to camp, and went into his den, but noticed he was asleep. "Smallstar, I forgot.." She grumbled, but left him in his den. "He should've stayed in my den.."

Dragoneyes watched blankly as Lightface ran off. She nodded slowly at her words. "Very well." Dragoneyes fixated her eyes on a rabbit who had stupidly wandered into her range of sight. Dragoneyes became even better at catching prey when she was upset over something, so this was the perfect oppurtunity.
The rabbit ran and Dragoneyes chased it. Her muscles strained as she slowly caught up to the rabbit.
Dragoneyes trotted back into camp, a rabbit hanging from her jaws. After dropping it on the fresh-kill pile, she walked wearily into the warriors den and fell into a fitful sleep.

Hawkpaw suddenly woke up. Oh it was just a dream, then why had it seemed so real.

Hazelpaw didn't have the energy to move to the apprentice den. She stayed in the center of camp and settled down. She glanced up at the sky until her eyes grew heavy. Before she knew it, she had drifted into a dreamless, empty sleep.

(Oh...then Lightface remembered the medicine cat's den and Minxpelt, which lead to Smallstar's leg then...)
Lightface, while Smallstar was asleep, she quickly bandaged his leg again stiffly. She went back out to camp, and chose a recently killed rabbit.

((okey dokey sorry for this but next day! ^^))
Lightpaw woke the next morning to find herself chilled to the bone. She immediately stood up and shook her fur. It was freezing! She walked out into the bright sun squinting. The camp was silent. A bit eerie. As if to confirm the tragedy that had occured the past two days. She walked a little farther away from the apprentice's den and saw her breath come out in a cloud. She kept walking until shew stopped shivering and found herself on the moor. An icy wind whipped at her face. Her whiskers twitched as she looked into the sky. She had gone out to try and see if she could find any prey but apparently these past few days hadn't been harsh enough and she could smell none. And now the sun was getting higher in the sky. The cats back at camp would wake soon she turned around and started heading back to camp.

(Days past by fast...)
Lightface woke, tired. She shivered in the cold wind, and went over to camp. "Brrr...I hate leaf-bare.." She kneaded her paws in the ground, and eventually went back to her den and curled up.

Hazelpaw awoke to find herself shivering in the camp entrance. Then she had remembered that she had not moved to the apprentice den the night before. She got up slowly, her bones were cold and stiff from the cruel leaf-bare.

Lightface got up, since she hated to lay around all day. She ran over to Hazelpaw. "Hazelpaw..." She noticed her shivering. "Cruel leaf-bare, huh?"

((i no i'm sorry...but there were no posts for 3 days Dx and i hate when we spend too long in one mode... i feel so terrible about some of the other clan roleplays! they're at a standstill...i made a few profiles but they haven't been approved yet sweatdrop .... but i will not falter! scream ))
Lightpaw walked into the camp and got a bittersweet feeling when she saw that other cats had woken up. It didn't feel so lonely but she felt guilty that she had no prey to give. She would go out again soon. As soon as the wind died down a little. She couldn't focus on anything in that cold.
As she approached Lightface and Hazelpaw she gave them a sad look. As if to say she was sorry. For what she didn't actually know but it just seemed like the mood that the cold day had set.

((I felt like making Dragoneyes go- "Everyone up! Up! Why are you not happy?!" Heh.))
Dragoneyes uncurled slowly, then curled right back when she felt the wind. But she could hear other cats out in camp, so Dragoneyes decided to brave the cold weather. Her eyes fixed on Hazelpaw, who was shivering greatly. Dragoneyes walked over, the wind matting her fur. "Is everyone all right?" she asked, looking in concern at Hazelpaw. Had she been out here all night?

Lightface began to groom Hazelpaw worringly. "You weren't, were you? If so, I might need to give you something for fever of shivers.." She called out sharply, "Hawkpaw! Come here for a second!"

Smallstar got up and wobbled out of his den. "Dragoneyes!" he called. He had thought a lot about everything the night before, and had decided that Dragoneyes would take over the mentoring of Hazelpaw, if she had gotten over the death of Minxpaw, which he hoped she had.
