Tried the collective hands at it.
Found it was lackluster and unappealing.
Decided undead were more enjoyable and more playable, went back to that.
Dunno, I'm not wholly sure all fantasy settings have such an unrealistic ideal of incredibly active gods. I'm, once again, a sci-fi man, so don't ask for names.

I never was, truth be told. I prefer the idea of gods being active through mortal followers. Imbued avatars and the like.

It's just that the requirements for being an actual god are pretty strict.
