Spring Break! Woo-hoo!
As well as a well-placed vacation request to my place of work as well. Finally, one whole week without anything to do but rest and relax. This means, that I will be able to post in the threads (gomen ne for those waiting on me), as well as attempt to start one as well.
But this coming week has much to do for me, so I'll see what I can do.
And since my B-day was the other day, I just got in my second 15" LCD monitor (dual *LCD* monitors, finally) and Half Life 2, so I'm gonna be pretty busy.
But don't fear, my comrades, for I have not forgotten about you all, and I shall post, otherwise my head will probably become missing because JB isn't going to stop poking me until I *do* post.

Excuse me while I rant...
I was meant to have a damn break this week coming but instead I have been told to work tomorrow and all of next week. It's getting really bad, it costs money to get to my work/training days and it's money I don't damn well have. The people that are training me don't have a frigin clue what it's like.
I made so many mistakes today that i could have shot myself.
I also have to work at a different location next week, which is still a train journey away.
Oh and to top off my whole frigin day, an RP sight I was on has deleted the RP I was in, I have had no message saying why, no one has contacted me.
*Screams before crying and curling up into a ball.*
I'm sorry if I haven't been posting.

Sorry to hear about your woes, Nerezza... But everything works out in the end, usually quite well, even if you can't see the goal right away.
As for HL2, to tell you the truth, my last day of class was thursday, and I usually give my g/f a ride home with me on that day, and that was when I got my second LCD and HL2. So needless to say, I've been pretty much hanging out all day with her friday and saturday, so I have yet to install it (doing that now).
Also, I only have a GeForce 5200 FX PCI (yes, PCI, not PCI Express) graphics card because my ATi 9800 Pro fried. So until I get my new GF 6800, I'm gonna probably be not up to par, especially since this PC only meets the recommended requirements instead of surpassing it for once. Although, for a system that I built about two years ago, it's still quite decent.
Running - P4 2.4GHz, Dual Head PCI GF 5200 FX 128mb, 1gb of PC2700 ram.

The LCDs looks awesome by the way. If anyone ever does dual motors, two LCDs are apparently a nice combination, if just a little too much space. Me, I'd get lost on one screen, much less two.

Haha, Yay for HL2! (I've always wanted dual LCDs... my mom says it's too much, though. I'd love it)
Oh, and Jeremiah, for "Time and again" I just wanted to know if creatures like Werewolves or Lycans are allowed. I'm writing up my character and I was wondering.

I suppose I should introduce myself, although I have no clue as to what to say about myself exactly. Hmm.. well, I'm from Texas.. if that helps any. Born an' raised here to heart Let's see.. I'm new to the whole RP scene, but it seems fun an' interesting. So far the only RP's I seem to dislike are "Vampire" related.
Gah.. I suck at this, well.. that's all I can think of, I'm sorry. I'll try to NOT screw up around here, Ehehe.. laterz! ninja

Welcome to the guild, and try to make yourselves at home. If you're not too sure about RP'ing, we have a training thread that you can post in, and anyone who you want to critique or offer advice will do their best to help you out! biggrin
I think I'll let everyone know what I'm up to... Spent all day going apartment hunting, and found out that I need a bigger net. This whole week, even though it's spring break for me, is wrought with much to do. Even though I'm probably not going to be moving until late July/Early August, I wanted to get as much info as I could. And all I found out was that too many people want too much money. stare
But on the plus side, I did find a possibility on three different places that I'm gonna check out on Thursday. JB has been quite understanding and hasn't bitten my head off too hard, but I know I need to post, and my sincere, extreme apologies for those waiting on me. I didn't keel over and die, life has given me lemonade for once instead of lemons. 3nodding
But on a lighter note, LCDs *are* expensive. I was originally running a 15" and a 17" CRT monitor from old PCs, but then got a 15" LCD for Christmas (15" true display area, size of a 17" CRT), and once I got that, I couldn't keep the other CRT monitor as my dual. Hurt my eyes too much, so then I finally got around to picking up another.
But what I'd really want to get is now a 19" LCD for right in between. Got a dual head PCI vid card running the two smaller ones and want a nice AGP card for the main... But alas, I may not be able to see that day with the need to save much money for tuition and moving. sweatdrop
AH well... Hope you all are doing good on your own, and I hope Nerezza hasn't killed people yet..... at least not many if it may come to that.
But I will still be checking the threads when I can and still moderate in case of any problems. If you wish to PM me, go for it, and I'll get back to you hopefully within the day. Until then... Ciao! wink

Welcome, Ash! smile I wish I had lots to say but EXaggio has pretty much said it all. You're, of course, welcome to RP anywhere and everywhere (except Chronicles of Lycrin wich is closed). Check out the rules stickie for more information, but the numberbs in the topic header are the word limit (the minimum number of words you need per post). Yes, some of them do say "none". There's a pretty uncomplicated training RP going on and that should give you an idea of what's expected.
You're more than welcome to start RPs of your own, if you'd like, too. Iwish you much luck and have fun.

@Monochrone: Yes, werewolves are fine. In fact, that RP is not limited by creature type at all.

I'm glad to see someone else from Texas! Whee! Although, I spent most of my time growing up in Oklahoma . . . not Texas . . . please don't kill me . . . ^^;
Don't worry about screwing up. I did - still do sometimes - and all it does is keep me from having fun. Just remember that if you screw up here, surrounded by friendly people playing games, nothing really bad is going to happen heart
