That still doesn't tell me much. Black thought as he listened to it. "So then, what about it?" He asked, pretty giving him the 'get to the point'.

"I see..." Black said, growing a little angrier each second. The memory Illomeania had given to him flashed a couple of times. At the moment, he wanted to throw Matachi off the balcony, but he decided a less direct approach. "What about it is bothering you?"

"So... You did what? Throw him out the window?" Black asked, connecting the dots with the blood path on the floor and 'disrespect the dead'. He nodded slightly and told him what he told Katherine. "I met him once... believe it or not. This was a year or so ago, though. Black told me he knew a girl, the kindest one. She had golden hair and enchanting eyes, the most beautiful he had ever seen. He told me her steps were the most graceful, that every step she took, if it was possible, flowers could grow after each one. Then he told me how he planned on marrying her someday. That just because they had grown up as foster siblings, he wouldn't let it get in the way and that he would die for her, no matter what the case." His voice was starting to sound a little emotional.

"Once I came here though... when I learned of the news of his death, my heart sank. Then, when I came into the courtyard, I saw who he described and I felt captivated by her. Katherine truly is a kind girl. I'm surprised she is just as a graceful and beautiful as he described her. You two are truly lucky. I only hope that in marrying her, you'll also honor his memory." He said, a tear slipping down his cheek and hitting the ground.

Black's face grew pale again, the shock from the news causing him to slam backwards into the wall and slide down while clutching his chest. There was a sudden shock in his heart. Was... was this true? Would Katherine allow that though? She had a hard enough time hearing about him. Though Matachi was... honorable enough to give him... his name. He felt a great pain hit him. Why did he ever think of harming any of them? And what was that man going to tell him? He didn't know what to believe, he was in shock. His skin was pale, his heart was beating tremendously fast and his eyes widened.

As his heart started to race faster, his breathing became harder. All this news was just... shocking and his system couldn't handle it. All this hatred for that night and Matachi felt so bad for it. He didn't know what to do now, his mind was filled with so many thoughts. "Ma... Ma.... Mata... Matachi..." He said, his breathing starting to get harder. He felt like he might eventually pass out. He was wondering if he should reveal who he is... if that would change anything. Though if they knew... he'd probably be shunned because he was brought back by Illomeania. There was so much at stake right now.

For the time being, he could hardly feel his body. So when Matachi picked him up, it was like picking up a living doll. He would need to find some way to tell them. And if it meant having to die again, he would do it. Even though he remembered hearing about if he betrayed them, he would blind himself if he had to keep them from using him. "...Matachi..." He said in a strained voice. "There... is something... I want... to tell you tomorrow..." He said, still findg it hard to keep himself from passing out.

Matachi leaves the mans presence to return tomorrow in private to speak to him, He returns to katherines room removing his tunic and cloak and putting on his night pants. Matachi climbs into the bed laying gently down by katherine putting a arm over her, he was gonna keep his promise to both black and her, no matter what.

Katherine woke pretty early the next day. She dressed in a rose and whihe colored gown that clung to her selender figure. She went to a meeting with her tailors and had a few things picked up. The rest of the morning she would spend at her desk in the libary. Storm season was bad. The storm that swept through yesterday had even flooded a farm east of town. Some of this stuff it was true she didn't have to do, she did it because she liked to know what was going on in her country.
