Have you ever been so absorbed in a song or a book or something you're working on that you snap out of it to find out it's been upwards of 4 hours since you last checked the time?

No. When I finish a book, especially if I liked it a lot and it doesn't have a sequel, I take a moment to mourn the ending of such a good book, then I plunge myself into another one.
