In fact, he haven't stopped running for a full two minutes after the destruction where both he and Necrowinter were out of sight. Jones took in a deep breath as the cells in his body took in every single oxygen that he absorbed through his nose into their hemoglobin. Josh looked at the meta-human with a frown. Checking her condition, her pulse, as well as her skin condition, the doctor let out a relief sigh, diagnosing her simply being in a state of unconscious. Damn, he was too damn hasty. He should have assessed the situation more...but those two were truly hell bent on killing the family...

Taking off his jacket, he draped it over the now sleeping gal before looking up in the sky. The noise of sirens as well as other vehicles roared in the distance. Josh looked at the girl and back out. "No, there's absolutely no way I'm leaving her here." determined, the doctor scooped up the gal and leaped onto walls and walls before landing on the rooftops. Checking out the situation, he saw several cars, police cars to be in fact, roaring down the docks.

"I hope Sabertooth and Skuld are alright..."

Sabertooth grunted lightly and again tried to shake his head clear. "Right... so how we gettin' back?" he asked quietly.

"Sounds good to me..." Victor grunted, then paused as another thought finally came to mind. "What happened, did you find the wife and kid?" he asked.

Victor frowned deeply. "Of course, Babe..." he replied softly. "We can take all 'a tomorrow off too if you want."

"I dun' know hon." Victor replied, hugging her back. "What do you say we take a mini vacation after all 'dis?"

On the outskirts of the city, in harbor of age filled with old ships and condemned buildings, Mountain back appeared again. He stood in the street in human form and removed his necklace from his neck. He held it up in the light before putting it on the ground. He kept his hand on it and began to use his power of creation. He said, "Brother. I could use your Guidance. I have never done this before, and Our race must grow in number. I am using the last piece of you to speed up the gestation of this area to birth a new colossus child, For I cannot Protect this location on my own. The humans have grown too powerful in their weaponry. Forgive me for my weakness brother, But we Must not Die out, There is too much to pass on." And he began to cry. "I miss you my big brother..." and then He activated the magic of the area and began to reformation process. He removed his hand from the necklace and watched as the ground around it crumbled to let the object pass into it.

The buildings and ships of the harbor, the ground and the stone of the land around it in front of him began to rise and move toward each other in a blinding light. Mountain back watched as the light intensified, and waited for the new born colossus to speak. The voice he heard shocked him, and made him question his sanity.

"Do not cry brother. I am Here. I've always been here. I died once and left you all alone." And then the light faded and there was only a man standing there before him. A man dressed in a businessman's suit and armor, with a sword sheathed on his back. His face was revealed and all at once Mountain Back realized what he'd done. He hadn't created a new colossus. He'd resurrected an old one. His Brother. "Mesa Shoulder..." Morquka said as he rose to stand. He rushed forth and embraced the older colossus. The older brother placed his hand on his siblins head and patted him. "I died once. Never again. Now come...I am in need of nourishment." And he started walking. Morquka followed, saying, "I Know Of a place where humans sell stone on fine plates, and serve it with strong drink. The stone is cheaply made, but has a variety of minerals and salts in it. The only down side I will admit is that they do not allow weapons in their establishment."

Mesa shoulder turned to his younger brother and thought about his words. After a moment he placed his hand on Morquka's shoulder and said, "Lead the way."

Morquka then turned and began to lead the way back to Gotham. Back to the Iceberg Lounge.

Argent was flying above in the sky until she flew into the area known as Hell's Kitchen to some people. As the air blew in her hair she looked down scanning the area below including the rooftops until something or someone caught her eye a strange dark blue furry mutant wearing goth like clothing. She landed on the rooftop carefully not to draw attention to herself to whoever the stranger was watching and the stranger herself. She was cautious when approaching the stranger and spoke up."Who are you?"She asked. She didn't wait for a quick response by the stranger before asking her next question. "Are you good or bad?"She asked.
