"Oh baby, oh baby." KB answered. He felt like competing against a broken woman in teasing, go figure. Stepping up to one of the things connected to Kobei, he decided to insult himself some, morbidly marveling at medical technology. "I don't know if I could compare to these hoses though. These things are... huge."

"Oh, the Catheter and I are running away together. I'm leaving you with the Children..."
Kobei tried to pull off a faint look, pulling a free hand to her forehead. Tubing followed.

He chuckled. He didn't know what a 'Catheter' was.
"You're paying child-support." He informed, peering down at her playfully.

Coughing hard, her chest went aflame. A nurse walked in calmly, and handed her a thick pillow, to which Kobei reached out, and hugged it. It helped with coughing, as there was still fresh stitching across her abdomen.
The nurse reached to a nearby table, and then handed her a small bowl, to which Kobei spat into. Phlem from coughing, and begining states of Pneumonia. It would pass eventually.

KB shuddered. Spitting had never been his thing, in any context. He simply found it gross somehow, not that there was anything hollywood pretty about Kobei's current state. "You gonna be ok?" He asked, somewhat worried, and somewhat disturbed.

"I-i'll be fine. I'm a bit woozy, and nauteas from the medication they are giving me. I'm healing faster because of them."
Already, her skin began to look more pink than white, and her eyes didn't have dark circles about them.
A slow process, until she didn't need the medication anymore.

"I'm surprised you didn't opt for a new body." KB replied dryly, before wincing. "That was fairly heartless, wasn't it?" He asked, somewhat caught off-guard. By now he really should have been more used to Kobei being all roughed up.

Kobei's nurse would start to uncover her from the bed, and bring her legs to the edge. Pulling her upward, the nurse sat Kobei up, and started to put slippers on her. Most of the healing would be to counter the viruses inside her, healing her blood, as everything else was mended. Bones weren't broken anylonger, nor the gashes and stitches open. One scar would leave her in pain for sometime, which was upon her chest, where they had to shock her a few times to get her vitals back.
Time for a walk.

"A walk. My body needs a certain amount of exercize per day in order to keep me healthy."
Kobei reached out, and grasped tword him.
"Gimmie your hand, the nurse isn't going with me on this one. I need you to hold me up."

"Certainly." KB answered, quickly moving to Kobei's side. Sure he was dressed like a commando, but who cared?! He would try to be as gentle as possible, handling her delicately. Of course he wasn't a totally lost case, as he would begin to slowly lead her towards the nearby doors.

(( Lawlz. I hate the guildposting now... ))
KB and Kobei would have been walking for awhile now, likely remaining within the safer part of the station. If his lover was well enough to walk, than likely everything would be alright in due time. In the meantime patience was certainly a virtue.

Walking was a patient thing, indeed. Patience, the patient Kobei's recovery was anything but perilous.
In fact, the exercize helped. Straightening of the back, stretching of the lungs, blood circulation. It was all great.

Upon boarding the cradle she walked ou to fthe escourt ship without a word and glanced around. She was curious to know exactly what KB wanted her for. She walked up one of the overseers of the loading bay and grabbed him by the shirt. Even before he said something her gunalet hand was exposed and her claw like fingers were at his side. She leaned up agains this ear and turned so that they were out of the camera's line of sight. " i need you to show me KB's main office...lie to me and you'll lose your life"

walking down the hall she held the man at his arm as she walked beside him and smiled at those who glanced. The sound of her heels echoed as her pants hugged her every curve. She bore a small black tank that showed much cleavage, and she made sure not to catch the man staring. the man was silent as they walked.
