Morrigan really wasn't sure about what to think. The only explanations she could come up with is that Roan had done what she just did either for shock value, or just to answer Morrigan's request for something exciting. It was probably both.
"I'm... leaving for a while. Please don't follow me."
With that, Morrigan stepped outside, spread her wings, and flew away.

Lilith had been in a state of shock nearly as much as Morrigan had been, albeit a lot more visibly, but just as silent. Her eyes went wide, her body stiffened, and her lips pulled back showing her tightly clenched teeth.
Oh... oh no... no no no....
As soon as Morrigan left, Lilith's eyes drifted to where Roan was standing. She let out a shrill cry as she ran into Quint's bedroom, hiding under the blankets.

Nawww... looks like I scared her off. How... disappointing. Quint?
*She spun, too quick as usual, one hand extended palm up towards him. Her hair flittered about her face as she stood side on to him, the Hebrew over her left side turning blue as her eyes glowed. Beneath her feet, three red glyph circles lit up, revolving casually as her wings stretched and gave off static*
Im beginning to get bored of you. Would you LIKE to push me further? Idle threats are not my usual fare. I will prove this if I must. It will be easy enough to MAKE this 'outside'.
*In the name of fun, she also allowed the phoenix tattoo on her chest to shift up to her arm, coming to life, then let the murderous bird pass through the door into the room Lilith had hidden in. Coloured blue thanks to Roans links with her Daemon, the Phoenix had eyes like death and murder in its heart as it stalked the room, crying softly, hunting Lilith.*

Rioushu watched as Morrigan left the house and flew away, and Lilith as she went into Quint's room and hid. His eye twitched as he realized that yet another fight had been avoided, and his legs started shaking. His foot started tapping the ground with a bit of force, he even started stomping the ground with one foot.
For one year Roan had been here, and for that year no one majorly fought her, a year without fighting to Rio is the equivalent to a year without feeding to Morrigan, he needed it to survive, fighting, and killing, were the only things he knew how to do, nothing else. I
n fact, he was about to kick Roan's teeth so far down her throat she'd need to shove a toothbrush where the sun don't shine to brush them, when he saw her sent that acursed Phoenix after Lilith. He grunted as he thought what to go after, but he knew what he would choose. He gritted his teeth as he too went into Quint's room, a look of near insanity with pent up aggression in his eyes as he stalked Phoenix.

This. Exactly what he had literally just talked about, her attempts at scaring him off. Something had upset Morrigan to the point of her departure, and he kept that quiet, but for sure wasn't going to take this anymore. Some said he had things to prove. One of those right now was to show why Quint wasn't afraid of Roan.
Taking a stance of aggression, the side of Quint's upper lip twitched, his hands clammy, but clenched. With eyes zeroed in on Roan, he spoke much deeper, pointing at the window that now had to be replaced.
All I ask is that we go outside. Without even looking into his eyes one could tell he was angry, but honest. No more threats, no more boasts of strength. I want to see you in action.

Dante shook his head. Was there not one person in the room with enough common sense to know, if not even have a half-decent idea, why Morri had fled the home? He could understand why the situation escaped Roan, for Cainite physiology was different from that of the living, and she had been un-living long enough to have forgotten. For everyone else present, there was no excuse. Still, he didn't mention his reasoning aloud. Morri didn't want to be followed for a reason, and he saw no point is disrespecting her wishes by playing 'guess the illness'.
It was then that he became aware of Quint's current mentality. Was he really intending to fight Roan over such a trifle? Even going as far as to threaten her? The boy's stupidity truly knew no limits. It was beyond plain to see that Roan was goading him into this very trap, and Quint was stepping in as a blind man over a cliff. Dante’s thoughts were disturbed by a flash of blue that he caught out of the corner of his eye. He turned his head slightly and caught full sight of Roan’s phoenix entering the same room that Lilith had just ran into. It didn’t take much to guess that it was nothing more than a ploy and that Roan was simply screwing with Quint further. Still, he felt he should say something …
“Sending ‘Crackers’ after the sister of his crush, rather than after his own sister? Are we feeling generous today, Roan, or have you gone soft as well as senile?”
Though the words alone may have seemed goading, the tone with which he spoke was difficult to identify. He sounded almost disinterested, yet if that really was the case, he would have said nothing.

Chibi-Gatz gave a slight gurgle as Lilith unconsiciously throttled him, her stiffened fingers tightening into a fist as she stressed out. Once again, I'm very lucky to not have breathing be one of my requirements for a continued existance, he thought quietly in the darkness of the bedsheets.
Then suddenly the blackness began to fade, giving way to an errie, flickering blue glow that soaked its way through the folds of fabric. The entity looked up, sensing a familar presence floating a short distance overhead. Uh-oh. Quint's not going to be happy about what Roan's kid is going to do to the furniture in here. Especially since he was probably hoping to get Morrigan in bed... With said bed about to become a pile of ash, he might become a little miffed. He pondered what to do about the situation, sighing as he reached a conclusion.
Oh well... he thought as his body quickly distorted and lengthened, slipping out of Lilith's grasp. I'm sure Lilith will be less upset with me over *this* than Morrigan would be if I let her little sister get fried.
A large bump appeared underneath the covers next to the still-quaking succubus, rapidly growing in size. A second later a human-sized Gatz flipped the covers off of himself and glared up at the firey pheonix, eyes filled with indignation.
"Do you mind?" he asked tersely, wrapping a protective arm around Lilith's shoudlers. "If a woman drags a man ioff to bed with her, you should at least have the decency to give them a bit of privacy."

Why is it, Vengeance, any time you send out a social call to me, it ends in me arriving to complete chaos, with you lording about in the middle of it?
*Initially, the voice was attached to an unseen body, but as the Hebrew on Roan's arm extended into the local surrounds, it formed the shape of a wendigo, which then rose up and shifted form into the faun-like appearance of Syn Deciet... aka, Ice. ((See sig pic)) Letting his albino eyes flicker over those gathered, the faun cracked his spine and glanced at Rio leaving the room, before nodding to Dante, and looking back to Roan*
I'll wait till you finish destroying the joint shall I? I hope you found me someone beautiful...

*She HAD been about to answer Quint, when she felt more than noted the Hebrew moving on her body as her superior utilised it to make his appearance, half bowing to him as the faun stood by her, Roan grinned*
Good to see you too Ice, and I feel no regret - any time YOU send me an invite for a social occasion, you rape my son. This is vengeance...
*She grinned at him and nodded at his next words... about destroying the place*
Righto!
*Power crackled off her, the transition instantaneous. She had been drinking down the energy of the island since she arrived and Gatz had seen her absorbing the energy at her shrine. She was overflowing with it and so as she looked back at Quint... aggresion started.*
I warned you I would MAKE this outside.
*The power centered near her chest, her tattoos burning a vivid blue as her voice changed and the energy manifested itself as a blue-black crackling field which began to expand. Outside, massive thunderheads formed and in the bedroom, the Phoenix cried loudly and burned red, its wings literal flames now, threatening to set light to the bed sheet as it snapped its beak at Gatz. In seconds, the power about Roan was ready to be unleashed, and thus it would be, a massive expanding force from within, coupled with lightning bolts capable of shattering boulders without, all aimed to literally bring down the house. Only Dante woudl remain unaffected by the raging, stinging, numbing electric, which ricocheted all around and through anything it touched, an invisible bubble shielding him. After all, he worked WITH her and had never been stupid enough to act as Quint had. Casually, Roan even answered him as she went about destroying all around her*
No, Im just taking it easy in my old age.

Sadly, Ice’s acknowledgement of Dante went unnoticed. The very moment that Dante saw Roan about to discharge, he made his move. He shoved Rio out of the way, not caring whether the action would piss the man off or not, for shortly he would be in too much pain to care. Dante made his way to the bed and pulled Lilith towards himself only seconds before the electricity began surging through the house. He had taken a calculated risk, that Roan would shield him from her own power, and it paid off as he was largely unaffected by the crackling bolts. Odd that her energy was so bright that his shades would not lessen the effect, but no matter. The blindness was only temporary and would only last as long as it would take for his eyes to readjust to the natural lighting.

((Man, Dante must be damn strong to shove a 300 pounder aside like it was nothing, also, way to give Roan another weakness of Dante, like she doesn't already know enough XD, also, Dante isn't really protected from the flames of Phoenix on the bed no is he? question ))

For a moment, Lilith didn't even know what had just happened. She wasn't exactly in a location that allowed for a great deal of perception in the first place, but now that she was next to Dante, she could see what was going on... and why he had done what he did.
Lilith hugged him as tight as she could. Truly, this was her knight in shining armor and she'd never forget it.

Maybe calling her out in his house was a bad thing. Quint could feel the atmospheric pressure drop substantially, warning him of incoming interference. He would have to act quickly to keep Sierra out of harm's way, and so Quint ordered his bats to shield his little sister in a large, grounded box, one steeled look at his sister telling that she would at least be alright.
However, this look didn't transfer to himself. Flowing through his veins each nerve ending yelled out, but Quint kept his teeth gritted, going as far as dropping to a knee. He himself didn't scream in pain, but his jaw tightened past a point of pain, Quint assuring himself each millisecond that it'd be over soon. Thing was, he wasn't even mad that his home was coming down at the seams. He was more upset that the newest 'safe house' certainly wasn't that anymore, thanks to his own actions. But that didn't mean he wouldn't place the blame on Roan.
It must be said though, this pain wasn't anything new. It hurt, sure, but it felt almost numbed in the fact that being electrocuted had happened so many times before. Thus, the final stings that would have brought a man down spasming didn't affect Quint, who got up just in time to see a piece of his roof fall down upon him. Now slowly building up his rage, Quint took one fist and jumped to meet the slab in its decent. In a single herculean punch, the piece split, he still elevating through the roof of his home, spotting someone he actually wanted to see right now: Ice.
His throat was scratchy, but that had nothing to do with the smirk on his lips. Glad you could make it. I think I'm your 'toy' today. Shall we..play?

Rioushu was about to attack that damn Phoenix when Dante shoved him aside, running to the bed and jumping on it with a worried look on his face. Rio wondered what would have Dante of all people worried. He found out soon enough when a powerful electric current flowed through his body, and he did let out a wince of pain, but he had taken so much damage, so much pain in his life that it was almost nothing to him. He got back into focus and noticed the previously safe bed in flames. He sighed as he grabbed Dante and Lilith by their arms and pulled them from the flaming bed, setting them down. He was about to tell them to get out of the house when a large chunk of the roof came falling over their head. Rio reacted in an instant, slamming a powerful fist into the rock, sending it flying to the bed, and unfortunately Gatz. "Alright, let's the hell out of this deathtrap. Any longer and we'll all be buried alive." Rio said, heading for the door.

No sooner had Morrigan finished dry-heaving in peace did she hear an explosion in the distance behind her. She hadn't noticed the clouds forming either, but now the whole situation became apparent. Quint had been pissed and Roan, and vice versa, before she had left. At this point, it was only logical to assume the worst.
Forming her wings into boosters, she headed back to what used to be the suite. She wasn't looking forward to the mess she'd probably have to clean up... but at least this was exciting.
