"You should go. Get those systems up and running." The baby was in Summer's arms and seemed to be very interested in what Andros was doing.
"Andros will be in touch with you."
"Orion, Commander Korinth is sending a group to Roswell. He wants you to meet them there. Cal, Commander Lorzindur has sent for you to meet his troop in Raleigh. Summer, your to take Persephone to Ship SB 5300, then they want you Parker. Move on out troops." Andros sighed.

Erebus walked out and quickly went and set up at the protection systems at his house and Alicia's and was safely back at his home relaxin and talking to his kids and Piper.

The others all went their separate ways. Andros was back at base sending out messages and trying to track the progress of the ships. He was muttering to himself and it was nearly five hours later when he finally called Erebus.
"E...it's 'Dros. I was just calling to let you know we have a few more troops coming. One of them will be stationed here. Just wanted to let you know."

Erebus sighed. "Is there anything else? No orders or anything? Do I have to explain to Alicia why all this is has to be this way or are you going to?"

"Nothing else so far. Don't tell her anything other then to keep an eye on Allegra and be on the look out for anything strange. Same for Piper." Andros typed a few more things into his system.
"We're to work closely with the troops. Well I am. They have asked if you would work with them. We need to teach them how to fit in."

Erebus sighed. "Shall I tell Allegra you send her your love or whatever it is that most humans say? I will help them fit in if need be...."

"I feel like electric is running through me." In fact Andros' eyes seemed to sparkle and crackle with excitement.
"This...I have a feeling is going to get crazy interesting. We're hunting again E."

Erebus raised his eyebrow. "As if we were ever really hunting in the first place. If its going to get interesting then perhaps you should try having a place closer to activity. And you should teach Alicia a few things so she can protect herself and Allegra. I taught her all I could but you were always much better in battle and such things than I."

"Plus I don't think Ali will trust me or believe me."

"Alicia already knows as does Piper. Alicia is willing to do whatever to keep Allegra safe. She'd kill to keep Allegra safe and as close to normalcy as she can. Not that Alicia is anyway normal. To have a yeerk stuck in her head for years until it finally came out and then have blood vessels irritated until they rupture." He shook his head.

"I think anyone who takes an alien as a lover is far from normal." Andros said implying that Alicia, Piper nor Summer were anything but normal. He looked at Erebus.
"I have a friend....who can train Ali. He's an ex Marine. Good guy. We worked out at the gym together often. The sparring sessions were a true work out."

Erebus rubbed his jaw. "I dunno. She's able to nearly take me down now. I designed a training program for her where it took her assets and strengthen them almost to where she is hard to take down... Unless you know her weaknesses. Her head still had triggers but no nearly as much. A very weak spot on the back curve of her skull if you touch just lightly renders her unconscious. Piper believes its from the irritation of the blood vessels and the surgery, but I have no way of strengthening that or at least I haven't found a way to... yet. Then there is Allegra. Forgive me for saying this but Allegra is a weakness should Alicia have to protect themselves from our enemy. Alicia wont fight if it means that Allegra might get harmed in the process."

"All the more reason for me to protect them. To keep them safe anyway I have to. I don't want to bring the trouble to their door. I don't want either of them hurt. I don't want Alicia fighting. I don't want to put either of them at risk. I don't want the only person my daughter has, her Mother being put in harms way because of anything I am doing. Or because we can't keep Earth safe. It's what we were sent here to do. To protect Earth from the problems WE created." Andros looked at Erebus.
"Do you understand what I mean?"

Erebus nodded silently. "I understand. But the same time they both stand more of a chance if Alicia can protect herself more properly. I've taught her as much as I can but it lacks some things. Im not as good of a fighter as you. He paused. "I wouldn't fret too much. More than likely nothing will come their way right. They won't be turned into slaves or what not. After all, you're not there to keep them safe right? You're not there to bring the problems we created to them."
