And what's wrong with being equal to Ginji? He's a nice guy. they're rivals. don't ask me how it came to be, they just live to outdo eachother. How did I miss that?
Well, he won't be able to best him in this category due to all the restrictions and whatnot. shame. anyways, their rivalry is always a source of amusement. It's best to just pit them against eachother and bet on the outcome.

Clone Yami Magnesium Dioxide Now, now, agents, you all know it's rare for sections to be created.
And sub-sections are created based on the will of the head of each section.
If you wanted a sub-section, you'd have to ask the section head.
:] I don't want an f***ing sub-section! That would make me an equal to Ginji! I want a Section! That would make me superior to Ginji! I'm going to pretend I never saw that. Ever. Because then...well...I just don't know what the hell I'd do, but I'd be preeeeeety friggin insulted.
