"Oh boy, that' reassuring." Chris said sarcastically as she pulled her helmet off, it was hot in there and in all honestly she didn't really care her secret idenity if they had X-ray vision. She sat down on a nearby table and looked around the cave. Batman was going to be ticked when he came back to clean up. "Name's Chris." She said simply grinning.

Honestly Diana had no real secrets to keep to the World she was Wonder Woman and an Ambassador representing her Island and Her people and to others she was Diana Prince. However his knowledge of Bruce and Even Clark could damage their reputation. Tieing the lasso to her side as the female droid took off her helmet and introduced herself as Chris she nodded respectively.
"If you know about us then does that mean you have an explanation about why our worlds are converging?" She asked wondering how far his knowledge to go. She tapped the comm link to contact the watchtower..they would need to get out of here.

Chris opened her mouth to say something about her knowing about the comic book world and a few of her theories reguarding this whole ordeal, but she decided to keep it to herself and remain a mystery by simply saying, "I bet the writers were just bored." she said it quietly and she wasn't even sure if Wonder Woman even heard her.

"Um...Chris is from a universe where our exploits are in comics...Though I believe our energy outputs influence writers to gain knowledge of our world through telepathy...Which is why I'm not included in their comics...I don't give any energy off to allow them to perceive my presence...I have a theory that is plausible...The universes had come together for brief times such as Carnage and the Joker fighting Batman and Spiderman, but this one is more epically scaled then say the series of battles that took place the first time our universes collided, where the fate of one was decided in a tournament very similar to Mortal Kombat, but was not of the same origin. Both the universes were spared and the beings split them back to normal, but this is something new and uncontrolled...I believe a third universe maybe involved in this...There is one factor I need...Is there a third universe that is massively involved in this collision?"
Beings from a third universe could have corrupted these universes for personal gain, something Tec usually stopped so his own fun wasn't jeopardized and when he did stop it, it drained a great portion of his power to do so. These beings wanted to do something for amusement or that was a theory the Commissar was developing based on said events, but really he couldn't develop anything plausible till he was less focused on himself.

"Writers? what do you mean?" She asked wondering what extensive knowledge did this girl have on them to. Strangely she didn't seem the type to be the companion of one like The Commissar it was strange to her.
She looked back to the Droid as he explained this theory. "You mean this has happened before?" She said folding her arms. Now she was plagued with even more questions than in the beginning. "Mortal Kombat? I'm not sure how many universes have been converged but greater damage has been done"she voiced. It sounded like the arena. Imagine a tournament deciding the fate of the universe. She had done it before.
"If it is like you said how do we fix this.."

"Once I gain my previous identity, no spot in the universe or beyond will be inaccessible, so we can find what is causing this mess, but keep in mind I must warn you...My previous identity is quite powerful, not Doomsday, Darkseid, or Apocalypse powerful, but its own kind of powerful that was demonstrated in my knowledge and perception of identities and personal information on you all would increase greatly due to an increased perception, but by no means would I be able to match anyone in physical strength, but knowledge is my greatest asset."
Other heroes prided themselves on power, but the only powers Tec had was teleportation and knowledge, lots of knowledge and that alone if he wanted to could make entire planets bow down to him, but in truth he was still vulnerable; a single punch from Superman could still be affective against him, but knowledge would make sure Tec would have Kryptonite and therefore knowledge is power. With knowledge, Tec could discover what is behind this universal destruction and reconstruction into this new universe with little effort.

Chris bit her bottom lip in thought, glad that Comm had jumped in and started talking. She wasn't in the mood to explain her story right that second. She crossed her legs and listened to Commissar explain his story. Wow... Way to spill your guts out. She thought to herself smirking a little. He must have had something up his sleeve. Either that or he was so smart he was naive to what these hero's were capable of. Either way it was pretty funny to watch him talk to Wonder Woman. ((Agh, I'm such a slow replyer... EDITED))

"So once you get you original form back you will be able to locate the cause of the anomalie...how can trust you...if you can become as powerful as you say whose to say you won't have any other hidden intentions if I help you you.." Diana was no fool she had dealt with Lex and Darkseid many times before. Learning that they always had a hidden factor in the plans and thus could never be trusted.

Chris just wanted to scream at Wonder Woman for being so dense. It was obvious that Commissar had other intentions. But he was being rather clever about it. She rolled her eyes. They then settled on the main Batcomputer. Hoo boy. Should I? She wondered, excitement bubbling inside of her. No, I'm already in enough trouble. I'll use it once i'm not on their enemies list. But if that is going to happen I have to stop haning around such shifty company. Her mind flashed back to Deadpool and the Commissar. She felt bad thinking it, but if she was going to get on the heros good sides. She was going to have to ditch Commissar once the timing was right. Mutany! Her mind screamed back. I never agreed to stay with him the entire time though. she mentally countered.

"I know that, why do you think I told you how risky it would be? You can't trust me because I'm always scheming, but the choices are limited and I'm also doing this not for myself, but for Chris...She needs my previous power to get back home; who knows how unstable everything might get and not only will Universe M and D be in danger, Chris' universe might be in danger or universe C. You cannot be selfish and let all of existence suffer because 'you don't trust me' or we can hope Batman develops some inter dimensional portal that can teleport multiple beings to a reality beyond space and time...Can money or a utility belt do that?"
The Commissar would talk, he was technically a walking utility belt and if he became Tec, he would also be a walking inter dimensional portal. With his powers, he could begin cleaning up this mess and transporting heroes like Mega Man or the Yautja back to their own universes. The fact Mega Man was here proved not only were DC and Marvel in danger, but every existence connected to them, even the world where this was happening in a comic. The very fabric of reality was at state and if the Commissar wasn't so confident and smooth, he would be shaking in his boots of the danger that becoming apparent.
"If this isn't an abnormal anomaly, then we just have to ask the big dudes or dudettes upstairs to spare our sorry lives from the ultimate destruction that could take place from a mere whim...Comrade."

"Aw. I'm flattered." Chris grinned sarcastically, she looked arund the cave a second then settled her gaze back on the pair. "Isn't Bru-Batman going to be mad when he gets back? I think we should blow this place and find somewhere else to have this conversation."

Spider-man wasn't in the mood to go off half-cocked, chasing an unknown alien around an unfamiliar city on his own. That would be dumb, even for me. Instead, he said to Mega-man. "Let him go, Superman can track him later. Right now, we should back them up" he jerked his thumb at Superman and Wonder Woman. In graceful leap and a single web line's time, Spidey was crouching on the nearby monitor and tsk-tsking Comissar's evaluation of the situation. "Our choices may be limited but its not like 'Trust the mysterious evil robot with the Russian accent' is our only or even our best option. I mean, do you have any idea how many imensely powerful psychics, wizards, and geniuses live in our two universes? And how many of them are members of the Avengers or the JLA? Alot, that's how many." Spider-man turned to Superman "I say we chuck them both into whatever super-special-awesome containment cells are still left and leave them here until we can sort out this mess, eaiser for everyone if we can focus less on the fighting and more on the 'fixing the coliding universes'."
Superman appeared deep in thought, he had very strong misgivings about these two, but a call for help was a call for help. And he couldn't ignore that. "Come with us to the watchtower, we can treat you better there. We might even have technology that can reverse your condition."

"My 'condition' is not some mere desecration, it was a blast created by a being called Radiant to destroy the creature called Doomsday...I was caught in the blast and the radiation is severe...Nothing short of powerful healing such as Weapon X can stop the desecration outside of my environmental safety capsule...You would kill me before you figured out the same solution I have...And the accent is what I acquired from the Russians after years of living amongst them."
The Commissar didn't like how heroes immediately took authority over things they did not understand fully, just toss it in a cell and think about the problem when the Commissar already had a solution to it in his reserve tanks; Deadpool's blood was still out of his grasp, he just needed to get back to the lab in his base and try to find him again. The Commissar cared little for Deadpool and he figured Chris would be in better hands with the heroes then him; he was still a villain after all. The Commissar didn't have time for idiots to think, he already had everything figured out.
"While you all try to figure out a plan, I have already abridged a plan to my own goals and I would rather not rot slowly in a cell that appears you have no idea about what it does, for you its just 'put thing in cell and can't get out' device, for me it’s a waste of time in the machine shape...My time is essential to me and I don't like wasting time for slow thinkers."
The Commissar was still sketchy with leaving Chris here, but she would be in good hands with that armor; it was made specifically to battle heroes at least at Spiderman’s strength and had a shell synthesized vibranium, though it wasn't as strong as the real stuff by far. The Commissar had a teleporter just like Batman and his didn't need to have specific targets.
"If it’s any constellation to you letting me go...Doomsday is in New York and my sensors last indicated before being destroyed by an explosion of several things you maybe interested about...Doomsday is bringing together a group of villains to destroy Kara due to her Blood problem...And Arcade is a day away from giving Lex Luthor's entire supply of Kryptonite to local gangs in Gotham...Now, is the Commissar your greatest concern Clark? Do I seem like a big threat now, Peter? Oh, I got chills from that."
The Commissar liked to mock others using the information he had on them, like Peter Parker and Clark Kent being Superman and Spiderman. Clark was easy since it only took several image matches and the subtraction of glasses, Peter was a lot harder to figure out since he wore a mask, but wrestling records and the case on Uncle Ben's murder with proper investigation and witness reports calculated revealed the information of Spiderman's identity after a few days of ongoing calculation. Why did the Commissar want to know this? He wanted to create as much chaos as he could if he was going to die, though Spdierman's reveal of being Peter Parker kind of ruined that for him; secret identity compromises were no fun if they weren't done by you. Still, upon the Commissar's death, an elaborate system would begin distributing all of that information everywhere and for his death, the world would burn.
"Wait, everyone already knows who you are, Peter...Now it isn't interesting..."
Mega Man whispered to everyone as the Commissar was talking, trying to not get his notice as he did so.
"This guy sure likes to talk a lot..."
