Fyra sighed and set the knife down, pulling a chair from another table with a sigh. "You might as well." she said. "May I see your blade?" She turned and waited for his response. "And if you like, you can join us when we head out to do our daily chores."

Rose sighed as she walked down the street. She was disguised as a commoner. She walked past one shop after another. Each one held the same bloody scene. This would not do. She strung her bow and held it at the ready. In a moment's notice, she would be able to let loose a shot.

The noises of the world around were silenced. Lights dimmed. Rose stepped forward. She was getting angry. The only sounds now were those of the murderer's breath and his victim's weakening heart. A sweet smell filled the air, radiating from Rose herself. It filled the lungs and dulled the senses. She drew her bow and took careful aim, letting her arrow loose without warning. Murderers deserved no warning or mercy.

Rose glanced at her husband as she drew another arrow. She understood the necessity of keeping the murderer alive. This agitated her even more. The smell in the room turned acrid and stung the throat. "You will know pain. You will know fear. Then You Will Die." She said to the creature before her, her voice changing as she spoke. "This I Promise You." She loosed another arrow into the attacker's stomach. Another one was in her hand in a flash.

Rose stepped to the side, grabbing the assailant's arm and flipping him over in one fluid move. Her facial expression never changed but the room grew darker. "Brothers And Sisters Of Heaven, Grant Me Your Strength." Her voice echoed as if she spoke in a cathedral. Light poured out of her eyes and mouth. "Bind This Sinner In Holy Fire." Flames leaped around the murderer, creating a cage. Nothing stopped a holy fire but the prayers of an angel. Rose let go of the man's arm. "Take Him Away Before I Fulfill My Promise Early." She said to Sean, watching the captive murderer.

The light in the room returned as the sounds of the city poured in. Rose's expression softened at the sight of her love's weariness. The moment passed as she turned to the task ahead. She unfolded her wings again. "Would you like me to take you?" She knew he could fly just fine but with such a lack of sleep... She worried. Things were looking dark once again.

Rose smiled softly. She took Sean's hand and rose into the air. She looked at the castle and smiled wider. There was a blur of light and color and they were at the balcony. She stepped onto the railing and down onto the floor. Sometimes she loved the feeling of speeding through the midnight sky.

Marcus walked into the city. He and Kumiko had been ordered by Sean to keep watch over the city just in case Zexinel or his men attack it again. Marcus wore Norse Armor, with a Norse broadsword by his side. The hilt of the sword was black with different Nordic runes etched in gold.
