Hmmm...that is rather puzzling then confused
I'm trying to think of who/where you could ask....
Have you tried asking in the Computers & Technology forum on Gaia? I used that recently and they're pretty helpful in there.
You could also try Yahoo! as they have that answer website where you can ask for advice.

Wow, you've done a reinstall of the operating system and are still getting an error? That really really sucks. I don't think I'm really qualified to help further, cause if I gave you wrong advice I'd be really sad ;_;
